The barber did not listen to my haircut request. I provided her with a reference photo and asked for a low taper with nothing off the top. She proceeded to cut a substantial amount of hair off the top. Would not recommend this barber to anyone.

I’ve been coming to this barber shop for sometime now. Lately, it seems like most of the barbers have a chip on their shoulder or a small attitude. Additionally, I do not appreciate being spoken about in a language I do not understand. Especially when I’m. Sitting right in front of them.

This is still a great place to get a quality haircut for adults or kids. I’ve seen them work magic on all types of hair. I prefer a fade with a little off of the top and they are amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly too. You won’t regret it. My boys love the fades that they get here as well! Be aware that these quality haircuts do take a bit more time, as opposed to the more generic barbers. Worth it though!

The staff were friendly, but communication was a real issue. Despite showing reference photos and explaining what I wanted, the result was completely off. Unless you speak Vietnamese or are extremely specific, you’re likely to walk out with a haircut you didn’t ask for. The barbers seem skilled, but what's the point if they don’t understand what you’re asking for? Disappointed with the experience.

This place was great in the past, then declined before improving again. However, my last two visits were terrible. It seems like only one person knows how to cut hair, but she has been avoiding customers. Both times, she claimed to be waiting for someone and asked me to return in a few hours. I decided to find a new barber instead. Thanks for the good years, but I won’t be coming back.

I have been going to this barbershop for more than 3 years, and I like no nonsense prices and service. My haircuts are constantly good, from any barber there. Sometimes I have to wait in line, but it's normal because a lot of people like this barbershop.

Amazing service. They do care about their clients a lot. Lots of positive vibes. You can’t beat their price, massage and hot towel as well!

I was visiting from California and badly needed a haircut for a photo shoot. Told the lady barber I didn’t want too much hair taken out as I didn’t want to look like I just had a haircut. She dutifully followed my request; I was happy with the work product. Would recommend her anytime.

If I had left a review for pro barber before today, it would’ve been five stars. The gentleman who normally does a phenomenal job of cutting my hair wasn’t there today though, and I received one of the weirdest haircuts I’ve ever had. I asked for clippers on back and sides with a fade, and blended into a scissor cut on top (I typically rock a combover). I asked specifically for Hana (not sure the spelling) to be careful with my receding hairline, which she was and I appreciate that. But good lord, the back of my head has never looked so bad. What in the world was she thinking? And how could it be SO much different and worse from my other experiences here? To the management, I recommend trying to find a way to improve consistency across the staff. I’m going to have to go to another barber to fix this, and I certainly won’t be doing the 1.5 hour round trip from Rockville anymore. So disappointed. Edit: I just discovered that she absolutely butchered my left sideburn. Included a photo. Now I have to shave my beard, in the middle of winter. So so so disappointing.
