Truly terrible haircut. We showed a picture and explained what we wanted for our kid. Basically same hair style and trim. She just totally hacked off his hair. Do not go here. The reviews for this place were terrible. I should have listened.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I thought I was the only one who had a bad experience and then I saw the other reviews and felt vindicated. The guy with the long beard and slick back hair was working on Sunday, December 7. He gave me the worst hair cut I have ever gotten! My head looked like a mess after he was done. I asked for a simple taper cut with medium hair on top. Forget about taper, he completely butchered my sides. Even the top of the head was completely uneven. Unfortunately I realized it only after coming back home otherwise I would have definitely not paid. Feel so stupid even tipping him $5. Please don't go here. There are better barbershops in the area.

This is honestly the worst place I’ve ever been to for a haircut. I clearly explained what I wanted — a simple fade and a light trim on top — but the barber didn’t follow my instructions at all. He kept me turned away from the mirror almost the entire time, which should’ve been my first red flag. Instead of a fade, he basically took everything off from the back all the way to the front. I went in with long hair, and I walked out looking like I’m wearing a cap. Completely ruined the style I had and now I have to wait weeks for it to grow back. I definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about their haircut.

This review is long overdue never going back. I walked in because the place was empty and looked decent, but the vibe changed the second I spoke. There was one other customer, and the barbers were chatting about BBQ, which I thought was cool since I used to be a cook. But every time I tried to join the conversation, they ignored me completely like I wasn’t even there. It's a men barbershop. I asked for a simple haircut I’ve been getting since I was a kid, nothing complicated. I told the barber I don’t use any product, and he yelled at me, “Wait, is this your first time getting one?” No it’s not. I just wet my hair and comb it, and that’s always been enough. Then I go to pay, and I see a sign for a military discount. I show my CAC (military ID) , and again he raises his voice: “Only on Saturdays!” Then I asked so whats the problem? He replied "only on Saturday ". It was Saturday. I was literally there on a Saturday!! I said that, and he snapped back with the same line. At that point, it just felt disrespectful. If you have an accent or expect even basic respect, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They made me feel unwelcome from start to finish. Btw the barber was the guy w comeback hair in the first chair to the left.

I’m a lady with short hair. They took me as a walk-in. The guy quick, kind, and did an excellent taper. Prices were great. I’d go back.

Here is my 14 year old son’s experience: “Hey everyone, I just wanted to say a very sad comment to a lady name Kim. I don’t understand how hard it is to get a fade but with her it was practically impossible. Anyways my mom wanted me to get a certain haircut and very detailed description. In the end KIM had the AUDACITY TO SAY “oh I only do military hair cuts”. It’s honestly sad I feel bad for this place if I could I would give this place a -1 star.” I was in fact very thorough and detailed about how he wanted his hair cut. Her tone and demeanor was aggressive, to say the least. Not long into his haircut I quickly realized my son was going to be very upset. She did in fact completely disregard everything we told her. She seemed completely uninterested while cutting his hair, looking away often, and almost like it was a chore. We were visiting from out of town on vacation and it just totally ruined my son’s day. We all were very polite and had a brief exchange to let her know this is far from what we talked about. To which she did in fact reply…”I only do military hair cuts.” I was speechless and felt so bad for not running out of there; from the moment she came at us so aggressively. As we went up to the register to pay KIM had the audacity to ask us what we’d like to tip. At this point I felt so bad for this woman, we gave her a generous tip, given she had just butchered my son’s hair, and wrote this review to HELP others NOT go through the same utter disappointment we experienced. I can’t speak for other “barbers” of this establishment, but Kim is your girl, if you’re looking to get a military hair cut and ONLY that. Honesty would have been appreciated, a simple I can’t do that, would have sufficed.

I am sorry to say, my hair is now very much uneven with patches where skin is showing next to to clumps of hair that are long. I specifically asked the barber not to cut a certain part of my head and he agreed. His friend began talking to him as he cut and he then drastically started cutting hair from the part of my head that I asked again for him not to cut. At that point he said he was just blending and proceeded to cut even higher. This was not a good experience and I will not be returning.

My first time going to this place to get my son’s haircut. Kim was the lady that cut my son’s hair. She asked how short I wanted her to cut. I tried to explain that I wanted the back faded but not super short and to keep the top long. Tim came chiming in sticking his nose into our conversation and was making snarky comments and being very rude. He then complained behind my back to his customer that I am picky and rolled his eyes when I had stepped away to go to the restroom. I knew this because my husband was still in the salon and heard and saw his actions. I will not step foot in this barber shop again. Tim needs to mind his own business! I have the right to be picky as I am a paying customer! Who doesn’t want their hair to turn out the way they want it?! On a different note, Kim did a good job but because the experience with Tim sticky his nose into my business when he wasn’t even the one that cut my son’s hair, ruined my experience at this place. I won’t be back because of Tim!! Very rude person!

The last lady butchered my hair even though I clearly told her what I wanted and even communicated with her as she was cutting my hair. She acted rude and felt like she was just not listening to me. This was my last cut there. I had been going there for years, but honestly I feel the quality has really plummeted. In the beginning it was kind of hit and miss, but now it's just now more "miss". To add to the disappointing experience the attitude of the owner has also become not very friendly. That usually happens when the business is declining, so too goes the friendly attitude. And FYI, they're operating on a two person shift, and closing early, so even trying to get a cut is impossible. Time to find another barber.

This is the worst place to go to for a hair cut, very disrespectful stuff ,and very nasty and rude people . STAY AWAY from this place . It is not worth it . I asked the lady to cut my hair Littel shorter she got mad and start missing with my hair in a very disrespectful way . So I just shut up and pay them and left bu will never go there again
