Giovanni is the best I've had in any barber who cut my hair and my son's hair. Hes very professional and knows his craft. My son loves his new barber. I would recommend Giovanni 100% for any body and their sons. Thank you Gio! Empire barbershop lounge got a great one.

For context, I've been getting my beard trimmed for the better part of a decade. This was my first time here and this is the first time getting a PERFECT trim & shape. Serene is incredible and her attention to detail is immaculate. No doubt, this is my new go-to spot!

The guys at Empire Barbershop Lounge are amazing and talented! They welcomed me with a warm and kind greating. The shop itself is beautiful, clean, neat and smells good. This is a great spot, Jose can really cut hair. Empire has a new school feel, but old school professionalism like cleanliness and punctuality (which I appreciate). I need to make appointments for haircuts because I don’t have an hour or more to wait in line for a haircut. When I make an appointment, I expect the person to be somewhat roughly on time, or communicate with me if they won’t be. This should be simple, but over and over again, barbers at other shops can’t do it. I’d understand it if I was a difficult client, but I just want a good fade and beard trim, don’t get picky or bossy with the barber, always tip well and come in at regular intervals. Anyway, Jose communicates. I had booked an appointment during the ice storm. Jose communicated that he wasn’t going to be in and rescheduled. Seems small, but that was huge for me. Clean shop, great fades, fair prices. Strong recommend for the area.

Excellent place, with wonderful service and a lovely atmosphere. I took my baby for his first haircut and I loved the attention he received. They treated him with so much patience and love. Thanks to Yovanny, my baby's first haircut was a fantastic experience with a great result. I highly recommend them.

It's always hard to choose a barber especially when visiting or new to an area. I went here visiting and took a gamble. Kenneth hooked me up. I really liked bro customer service and skills on the cut. I'm late doing review as I really don't but when something is good they deserve the recognition. I'm visiting since moving out of state and just made an appointment. Kenneth is officially the person I'm going yo in DFW when visiting gam and friends. Really appreciate you man!

Visiting from Los Angeles, where I’m used to very high-quality barbershops, and Empire Barbershop Lounge absolutely delivers. I’ve worked with Christian, Anthony, and Jose, and all three are outstanding. They’re always on time, easy to talk to, professional, and clearly very well trained. The attention to detail is next level. They offer full service — hair wash, beard soak, facial treatment, and a massage — and those extra touches really set them apart. Beard shaping in particular is hard to find done right, and these guys are masters. Clean lines, proper balance, and they understand how small details make a big difference. Highly recommend Empire if you care about quality and consistency. I’ll be back every time I’m in town.

This is THE best barbershop in the DFW area. Very clean space, and even better customer service. Every time I book with Alejandra, she gets me right! She takes her time, holds great conversation, and always has me leaving the shop looking like a new man. I had to book a last minute appointment before my wedding and she absolutely delivered!! If you're in the area, this is the shop you wanna get your cut at.

I got a really, really, really bad haircut from the owner Jose today. I’m completely embarrassed and don’t want to go to work or the wedding I have coming up. This is my 3rd time to come to Jose. The fist time he told he how haircuts are all an hour long and all the great things it comes with. Today my haircut lasted 37 minutes and he was all over the place trying to clean things or manage people during my haircut. His clippers kept dying in the middle of my cut too. I’m bald in one spot. I’m angry. I can’t hide this terrible cut from anyone. EDIT: I was refunded $55 by Jose today after I called and asked for a refund based on his reply below.

My son got a haircut from Jose and he did a great job. Everyone is friendly, the shop is super clean and well maintained, and they do take walk-ins. Definitely will bring my son back. They also have video games the kids can play.
