I’ve been going to this barbershop for 8 years. Every barber is great here. Perfect fades and beard shaping every time. They recently got my 4 year old son for his first real haircut and it was a great experience.

¡Hablan español! I love that the atmosphere is Hispanic and they are kid friendly!! I first came across 1 stop barber shop on Facebook. I was browsing the photos and saw a photo of a coworker. The photos already looked good but my friend raved about the shop. He told me he’d take his son too and they’d book with Chano. I found out him and many other coworkers make the drive to get their hair cut at 1 stop shop. Mario was recommended to us when my daughter wanted a design in her hair. He always takes his time and is so detailed! He is a perfectionist! She cut once with Dimitri, they got along so well and he also did a great job! My 2 year old had his first hair cut done by Diana and she did such a great job getting him comfortable with the clippers and his hair was so cute! Recently visited the new location for the first time; came in early in the morning, no appointment and got Mario! I showed Mario a reference and he delivered, as always!! I can’t say enough good things about Fabi! Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but she also has the kind of patience, kindness, and understanding that truly sets her apart. My son is on the autism spectrum, and haircuts have always been a challenge for us until we found her. She takes her time, explains everything to him gently, and creates a calm, comfortable environment that makes him feel safe. Watching her work with him is nothing short of amazing. She’s respectful of his sensitivities and always finds a way to make the experience positive. Her talent as a barber is top-notch, but it’s her compassion and care that really make her exceptional. We’re so grateful to have found her!

Great service. I got a haircut and a beard trim from a real barber, Mario, who used a cutthroat razor to shape my beard. In addition, Mario took an hour or longer to make my haircut and beard trim a perfect one. He did exactly what I asked for. I was also treated with a steam facial, a steam towel, various oils/lotions/creams. I am very satisfied! I highly recommend this Barbershop 💈

Review of 1 Stop Barber Shop: A Complete Disgrace After 7 Years of Loyalty After being a regular for seven years, I feel compelled to expose just how awful this barbershop’s treatment of their customers has become. My experience was nothing short of insulting and a clear example of how they prioritize squeezing every penny out of you over decency or customer care. Here’s what you need to know: Ridiculous and Rigid Policies: • If you’re a couple of minutes late, forget about your appointment – it’s gone. No rescheduling, no refund, no concern for your situation. • Booking via their app? Your card gets charged automatically before you even set foot in the place, and if the appointment doesn’t happen? Too bad, they still take your money. • They treat every situation as if it’s your fault. It doesn’t matter if life throws an emergency your way; they have zero sympathy or understanding. My Experience: Picture this: I called them 10 minutes ahead, informing them I was stuck in traffic due to a car accident and would arrive 20 minutes late. You’d think they’d show some understanding, but no. When I got there, the shop was completely empty, barbers scrolling through their phones like they had all the time in the world. But apparently, those 20 minutes were the end of the world for them. I was told my appointment was void, and I would need to pay again—totaling an absurd $80 for a single haircut. Trying to remain calm, I paid an extra $44 to get my haircut. But afterward, I contacted Mrs. Diana, who manages their policy enforcement, expecting at least a shred of human decency. What I got instead was accusations. She claimed I’m “always late,” like that somehow justifies their complete lack of customer care. And then she had the nerve to say their policies were non-negotiable—even in emergencies like the car accident I’d just experienced. Loyalty Means Nothing Here: This woman has cut my hair since I was 17. I’m 24 now, and apparently, 8 years of loyalty don’t mean a thing to them. They treat loyal, long-time customers like nothing more than a dollar sign, sticking to absurd rules and showing no flexibility, even when circumstances are completely out of your control. Not the First Time: Just last month, I missed an appointment because I overslept. I didn’t make a fuss; I took responsibility even though I’ve been a loyal customer for six years at that point. But this time, I made the effort to inform them ahead of time about my delay due to a car crash, and they still charged me double. And keep in mind—the place was EMPTY. They could have easily shifted me to another barber or rescheduled. But no, they’re too busy enforcing their petty, money-grubbing policies. Final Thoughts: Let me be clear: this barbershop doesn’t care about its customers. They don’t care about loyalty, fairness, or integrity. They care about bleeding you dry, one rigid, unfair policy at a time. Yes, the barbers are skilled, but what’s the point when the business itself is this rotten? I’m currently in the process of getting my money back from the bank, but honestly, it’s not even about the money anymore—it’s about the lack of respect and the sheer pettiness of their policies. If you value your time, your money, and your self-respect, avoid this place at all costs. Places like this don’t deserve loyal customers because they don’t know the meaning of the word. TL;DR: Barbershop with 7 years of my loyalty threw it all away over ridiculous policies. They charged me $80 after I was delayed due to a car accident. They don’t care about emergencies, customer input, or loyalty—just enforcing unfair rules and making money at your expense.

Today, February 13th, I walked into 1 stop off the street. I have never been there. For my 6 year old son to get a haircut. Mario did a great job. He is a skilled professional. I showed him exactly what type of cut I wanted for my son, and he did just that. I would definitely recommend Mario at 1 stop. There was off street parking, and it was not busy at all. (It is Tuesday at 11 am, Barber Hack, come on Tuesdays)

1Stop Barbershop has outstanding barbers, I’ve had almost every single one cut my hair and I’ve never been disappointed. Chano is my go to guy, he’s always on point with his cuts. I’m a picky person when it comes to my hair, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Customer service, professionalism, great attitude and talent is definitely displayed at this place. I’ve been coming to this place for years, definitely recommend.
