I called this barbershop around 4:30 and asked if they accepted walk ins they told me yes. I told them I would be in 30min. When I arrived I was told I would be taking care of by one of the barbers. The barber already had someone in his chair which was fine when that guy left he then began to service me. While my son was in his chair he had an appointment come in he then told me that’s my appointment and once he finished my son I would have to wait for him to finish his appointment and then he would get to my other two sons I said ok. Once he finished the appointment I specifically asked if him if he had another appointment and he told me no so my next son got in the hair not even 5minutes into him cutting my son hairs his next appointment arrived. So my sons hair cuts were rushed and Not up to the standard I expected . After he finished my second son I told the barber don’t worry about cutting my last son how much do I owe you he said $60 for two little boys 6 &7 and the hair cuts are not something I’m proud to send my boys with in there first day of school I will never ever go back!!!!

I got there at 5:25 or so. I know they close at 6. There was only one employee there who was finishing another man’s haircut, and I asked for a wash and cut. The man said he couldn’t do a wash because the salon was closed. That was fine, I said just a cut was fine. I showed him a picture of how my hair shrinks slightly/curls and looks when it dries, to express I wanted it cut just half an inch to an inch below my shoulders so when it dried after washing it would be just over my shoulders. He said that was fine and began to cut. When he turned me around, I was a little scared. He had cut my hair when it was mostly dry, just a little damp (I’d had it in Dutch braids so when it was brushed out it was pretty frizzy and straight). It looked really choppy. I didn’t ask for layers or thinning, just a one length cut. After that, he said “y’know, you wanna wash it?” I agreed and he washed my hair. My curl pattern came back so it didn’t look as bad, but it was still 2-3 inches longer than I’d asked for. Then I was charged $95. I was shocked. At great clips, I could get shampooed, conditioned, cut and styled for about $40. I didn’t have $95 so I gave him what I had, which was $60 in cash and all $24 I had on my card. I felt bad because I wanted to tip, and wasn’t expecting a cut and wash to be nearly $100. I’ll be getting it fixed elsewhere when I get paid again. I will say the shop was nice and the employee was nice, but $95 for 2 services that weren’t performed at a level I’ve experienced at even Great Clips was a bit disheartening. I would’ve been fine if he said he didn’t usually cut women’s hair and was asked to come back when the salon was open.

I usually dont respond to false post however I will just say this. He was not the only one there that Sunday, I the Owner Stephen was there also. Ma'am this is definitely not the truth on what happened on this day. However thank you for stopping by and if you had an issue you always had an opinion to speak with me about that matter. I love this place, LaShakea is a Dear Friend of mine since we were kids she does a Wonderful job on my Daughter's Hair she has the magic touch. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Unfortunately I cant give 0 stars. My 17 year old has been looking for a good barber since we've been in Lewisville for the last 5 years. I finally thought I hit the jackpot. My son has dreadlocks but not on the sides and back so he gets a fade when needed. He booked an appointment only for a lineup which was $20. He went to the appointment and they allowed him to sit for 30 minutes and then advised he booked wrong service, okay no big deal right? Wrong! Then they wanted an additional $30, so that is $50 for a fade or half a fade I should say.I am not complaining about the price as that is not an issue for me. But you will not get my money if you treat me poorly. As a first time customer I will never return or recommend this place unless you have time to waste. Lastly, don't send your kids in alone even though my son is 17 and can speak for himself it is apparent to me that professionalism is not something they are familiar with.

I just moved in the area a week ago so finding a barber was my greatest fear! I walked in on faith, immediately greeted. I wasn’t paying attention but I know my wait was less than 20mins. After searching and reading many reviews I am so glad I chose this barbershop. The atmosphere was really nice. Stephen was truly awesome, very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Definitely worth 5 stars and more. You have gained a new client! I love my cut. Thank you for your hospitality

We have traveled near and far to find barber shop for the my family. We're so happy to finally find a place that provides amazing service and can cut some hair. We love this place! Marvin was our barber and he did such a great job and actually took the time yo get to know us and there type of hair cut we wanted. Stephen was nice as well. Very beautiful, clean, and positive environment. They even have swing dancing! We'll definitely be back. Thank you guys!

Absolutely AMAZING service!!!! I took my son here for his first hair cut. He had dreads and Stan was able to make my son and me happy (I didn't want his hair cut). They work well with kids and the price was very reasonable. I love that they took time to hear what I wanted and what he wanted and the cut was awesome. He loves his mohawk! I will definitely be back!

Hands down best shop and barber north Texas has to offer. I’ve let Stephen cut my hair a little over a year. He does an awesome job. I set my appointment with him. He gets me in and get the job done. He communicate well with all his clients. He lets us know when isn’t going to be in town. If you are looking for a good barber who is talented I highly recommend you go here. It’s well with the drive and money.

The Owner Stephen is an amazing barber!! He operates with excellence and truly takes pride in his craft. He is timely, which is very hard to find in a lot of barbers. He schedules appointments and you are notified by text message reminders. I can’t say enough about his great work and I recommend him to anyone that I come in contact with. As a barber he focuses on professionalism in all aspects. The barbershop is beautiful, and you get a great overall experience for you and your family. Be blessed and everyone give him a call!!
