Finding a new barber is always a daunting task. However super happy I found Lynsay! She was extremely helpful in navigating the awkward growing phase and even recommended a couple solutions that tailored to my hair texture. 10/10 recommend Lyndsay!

I would highly recommend Julia but only if you want the best haircuts you've ever gotten in your life. The quality you would get, you would expect it to costs hundreds of dollars. Also, I've gone to her a few times and each time I go I swear I grow an inch taller the next day. I'm not saying its because of the haircuts directly, but maybe it is...? Something to be said there. 5 stars

I have never been more furious walking out of a salon. We brought in a very clear inspiration photo. Not "vague vibes." Not "do whatever." A specific cut. The stylist had his hair at brow length. I asked her to trim the front slightly and she even confirmed, "Like half an inch?" I said yes, maybe even less. Just enough to give it room to grow. Instead, she hacked inches off the top, completely ignored his cowlick (which any competent stylist would work with), and destroyed the shape of the cut. The front is butchered. The sides are uneven. The blend is nonexistent. It looks nothing like the photo. We walked out and immediately went elsewhere to see if someone can salvage it without shaving his head. What makes this even worse? Two other stylists stood nearby, one literally on his phone, and not one person stepped in to help or correct. The lack of professionalism was insane. This wasn't a "miscommunication." This was not listening. This was careless. This was amateur. Absolutely the worst haircut experience we've ever had.

I like to get a haircut at cool heads, it is clean and the staff is friendly and very professional. I got a haircut recently and Anahi was great, she read the notes from my previous visits and altered according to my current preference.

Came here on 02/15 and my appointment was with Suleyman. This place butchered my hair. I went in with an example of what I was wanting, And to preface, I understand that you can’t be 1:1 with a picture. But the end result is so completely different. I wanted to keep my curls, and my hair was REALLY curly and long. Down to my shoulders. Now all of the curls are gone. Just cut away. Buzzers too, only used scissors on for a couple of cuts at the end. At one point, I just stood up And said that this is not it. That it doesn’t look like the picture at all. I mentioned it being too short earlier but he said it was because my hair was wet and he was more aggressive and belligerent after that. He also said it wouldn’t have been possible because of my hair density. Something that COULD be true, But doesn’t explain why it was so short everywhere and he didn’t tell me this beforehand. Just starting cutting into my hair. When I explained what was happening to another employee, he cut in to argue and raise his voice about how long he’d been cutting hair for. It was ridiculous, and I will obviously not be going back. Shoutout to the other employee at the end that stepped in to salvage what she could. I wish I got her name, but she was very helpful and calming in the situation and allowed me to walk away without paying for the service. Everyone’s had a bad haircut experience before, but I didn’t expect to be yelled at and told that I was wrong on what I was wanting. Looks like I’m wearing at hat for a couple of weeks.

Had an amazing experience! Julia was awesome—listened patiently to every detail I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The whole process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. The final result was fantastic, exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend!

My son and I have been coming to Cool Heads for almost 2 years and we'll keep coming back. I just got my haircut yesterday by Lynsay and she was fantastic. Very thorough and gave me exactly what I wanted. 10/10 would recommend.

I always go to Chris whenever I need a haircut, and he never disappoints. I have medium-to-long hair and usually ask for layers, and he always gets the style exactly how I like it. I visit about once every 2 months, and he consistently takes great care of my hair. He’s professional, attentive, and really understands what works best for my hair type. I highly recommend Chris!

I took my preteen here for the first time a couple weeks ago and we scheduled with Suleyman. The experience was wonderful and his attention to detail and making sure my son was happy with the progress was wonderful! He ended up being extremely happy with his cut which made me a proud mama. I had been looking for a new shop to take him now that is getting older and I'm so glad we found him! I'd recommend scheduling with Suleyman, good guy!

My stylist was Julia and she was the best stylist in my experiences so far , she was understanding and patient with my long hair , and did a good job with my bear too.. a 5 star ⭐️ spot for a haircut for men with long hair . Thank you !
