Absolutely do not recommend. I was back home for the holidays and was looking for a haircut before New Years Eve. Found this place which looked great but the results were horrible. Asked for a mid drop fade and the barber didn't fade the back whatsoever. They left a straight line way higher than where it should be as you can see in the image attached. I wasn't shown the final cut once the barber was done as they usually do so unfortunately I didn't see this until I got home. Will definitely not go back.

Union Barber in Birmingham is top-notch! Josh is a true pro—his skills with beard trims and haircuts are unmatched. He’s precise, creative, and makes sure you leave looking sharp. On top of that, his great sense of humor adds to the experience, making every visit enjoyable. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with just the right mix of style and comfort. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fresh cut and a good laugh

I decided to take my son and both of us get a haircut together and we had a great time, both of the hairstylists did a great job cutting and having an enjoyable conversation. We will definitely be back in the future thanks!

First time at this place. Stopped in the area because of work and needed to kill some time. Melissa was Great!!! I called in first to make sure they accepted walk ins and accepted card payments, they do both, she set me up right away! Was getting my hair cut within 20mins. Great customer service and very friendly staff! They do great bald fades here. I will definitely be stopping back again when I am in the area! Thank you guys again for the great experience in Downtown Birmingham!

Absolutely love this shop! My husband & son have been getting their hair cut here for years. Caleb is a beast of a barber and works wonders with my son's many cowlicks. The atmosphere is inviting, friendly, and the service is fantastic. They have an old fashioned coke machine that is free. They are also dog friendly which is a huge plus. There is always a water bowl out front and treats inside. The prices are reasonable and 100% worth it. Just take a chance with this shop you won't be disappointed!
