Dave is by far the best barber I've ever had. I have very difficult cowlick in my hair and the he is the only person who can handle them with ease. He told me “The cowlick is my problem. Not yours. He is a master of his craft and does a badass beard trim too.

I have been to seen Dave maybe 4 or 5 times total. Every single time he cuts my hair, he does an incredible job. I am very particular about my hair and I've struggled to find someone consistently good. My old barber here couldn't do what I was looking for, and my previous barber in Florida took over an hour each time. Dave is the one I've been looking for, and I'm confident enough to say that I will be going to him every single time I need a haircut. He's efficient, fast, and knows what you want without even asking. This guy knows how to cut hair, and honestly I don't trust anyone else at this point. Plus he gives good life advice and is hilarious. If you need someone, choose Dave at Levelz.

Went to Levelz because of Google reviews when I needed haircut as I visit the area several times a year. Dave was a super nice guy, very skilled, and he consulted with me to repair a bad haircut I received on vacation . He also gave me a great tip to help shape my beard . 100% good guy and good haircut. Will be back next time I am in (suburban) Detroit!

Levelz Barbershop in Birmingham always does an incredible job! They really know what they’re doing and pay attention to all the fine details. They do amazing tapers and do better scissor cuts than anywhere else I’ve been. If you want your hair cut the right way, go to Levelz!

I have been going to Dave consistently for well over a year now and he always delivers a fantastic haircut! Dave is a great guy and is able to cut my hair with skill and efficiency. He always remembers exactly the style I want, and is a very dependable barber. I can’t say enough good things! This is the best barbershop in Metro Detroit :)
