Super friendly, professional and high-quality service here! I’ve been bringing my son to get his haircut here and we are always greeted with smiles and a welcoming vibe. My son always looks forward to going to get his haircut now (he used to hate it). Eddie, the owner, is so professional and always has a positive attitude. And of course gives an amazing haircut! Would recommend this spot every time!

So I've gone here twice now and liked what I got. I recommended it to my European friend who was visiting for the week. He told me he walked in and asked about a haircut, and your staff looked him up and down and just asked "you from around here?" I was so pissed when he told me this. He felt embarrassed and sad. Your barbershop is filled with POC men. Asking "you from around here?" with a sneer when this country is in the position it's in right now, as a local barbershop in a cultural city that welcomes people from all walks of the world, is appalling. My friend's money is just as good as anyone else's. I'm really disappointed in your staff to have this attitude towards a foreigner. Y'all need a reality check... we're ALL lucky to be here, you included. I won't be coming back nor recommending this place to anyone. no one that's not Like You, apparently, is welcome here.

My nephew had hair cut today his first hair cut in USA, after 2 young worker who found out that they make it special with our country music! Thank you guys so much and I recommend people barber and we will come back definitely!!

I come in every month or two to this barbershop. And come with my who’s 13 now and a special-needs child, moves his head constantly while getting his haircut. They still managed to make him look good. Because I have a busy schedule sometimes I’m unable to come here. I’ve tried multiple barbershops in the area and neighboring towns some which are much closer. None of them do as good a job as people‘s barbershop I recommended here very friendly and accepting staff.

Came in for a same day appointment and needed a small change to the result after asking for the wrong thing on a specific area, which was my mistake. Despite the inconvenience Jonathan did this for no charge and no trouble at all. Highly recommended

Went on a Friday evening. The barber was having his beer which I didn't mind. He even asked if it was okay and I said yes. But then after sometime he destroyed my haircut. I was still okay. The barber was feeling bad. I thought I'll give him a nice tip and cheer him up. But guess what he hid his ipad and gave himself a nice 20% tip and tried to hide it from me. I knew what he was doing and I asked him at the end don't you wanna ask for tip to which he replied no it's okay ( I was hoping he'll tell the truth). But yeah this left a bitter experience and I don't think I'll go there again. I didn't expect this at all from this place

Amarjot i truly apologize for the inconvenience. This is Eddy the owner. I don’t know if I cut you but regardless I know my barbers and nobody needs to hide or steal from you. If you want come by the shop I will pay you for your troubles. If anything i believe my barber clicked no tip since he felt bad and you mistakenly thought he clicked 20%. I don’t see my barbers taking advantage of a single soul when we work hard for our living and we are good men. If you want call the shop, we’ll talk about things & i’ll make things right. This a place every one should feel comfortable. We take pride in making our clients feel valued. Sorry for everything.

At most barbers, I tend to get bad haircuts at least 80% of the time, but I’ve had great haircuts twice in a row now from Jonathan. Basic haircut was $35 plus tip. Will be back here regularly!

Just moved into the area and had to get a trim for an event that day. Eddie was able to take me as a walk in around lunch and gave me a clean shave and cut for the party. Definitely will be back to see him.

Been to many barbers in my life, and I've never met anyone who displays more attention to detail, quality, and care for his clients than Eddie. He and the whole team go above and beyond for anyone who walks in the shop, whether it's a long tenured client or a first time drop in. The atmosphere in the shop is top level too, always a fun time with a family-like feel to it. I wouldn't rather go anywhere else in the greater Boston area!

I recently visited The People's Barber and had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Edwin Escobar. The experience was fantastic! Edwin's attention to detail and expertise really stood out. He listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that, leaving me with a great haircut that I absolutely love. The atmosphere in the shop was friendly and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Edwin and The People's Barber for anyone looking for a professional and enjoyable barbering experience. I'll definitely be back!
