I paid for a haircut and goatee. got a different side length than I wanted because they "didn't feel like it". Proceeded to not give me a goatee and made fun of me the entire time and charged me 45 dollars after I saw a rat the size of a cat run across the room.

I can’t say enough about how incredible the space and the staff are. They made us feel welcomed and shared some good laughs. Shawney not only gave my son the best haircut he’s ever had, she went above and beyond to make his first time experience there special and fun. We will absolutely be coming back here.

I have been coming here off and on for about a couple years. The two ladies there have always cut my hair, and they do a perfect job. But this time I got Rick. Which he completely messed me up. Took no time and effort, rushed and did absolutely no fade on my hair which i requested. One side of my head is about an 1 1/2” cut way too high and the other is so low. Do not sit in his chair if he offers!!! Wait for the other ladies until they are available. Rick is not a barber.

My partner recently came in requesting a taper fade mullet. The sides to be faded and the front and back to be trimmed. Not only did the barber rush, (took exactly 10 minutes) but they didn’t touch the back of the hair, the sides are all sorts of lengths with NO fade, and the front is way shorter than he asked. This barber did nothing that was requested and still charged full price. Instead of rushing because you have something else to do maybe give the client to a different barber so you don’t ruin someone’s day or self image. We won’t be coming back to this shop.

Well Jadyn, sorry you were not happy with the result of a mullet but if he wasn’t happy or thought he didn’t get the cut he wanted, he should have said something. Cause we wouldn’t know Weather or not he was happy..! And there are 3 Barbers that work here so how can we correct anything with out knowing who cut his hair..! I am assuming that Rick cut his hair cause it took 3 min..! And I have been cut hair since mullets were popular the first go around.. all I can say is there are a lot of barber shops around, it shouldn’t be hard to find one that fits you guys.. also maybe you should go with him that way you can explain what he wants..! Good luck finding a salon that will suit your expectations. Thank you for your feedback back..!

Boy does God sure know how to use people to make your day!! I walked in there feeling so bummed from having a terrible couple of days and left absolutely blessed (By the Barber, Barberess AND a customer!!!!). Two of the three people working went above and beyond their job requirement/services expected. There was a domino effect of paying it forward like 4x all in the time length it took to get my son's haircut!!! We were treated BETTER then family! The customer service is the best I have experienced In. My. Life!! Thank you Royals Barber Shop!!! I will never forget that experience with you all.

I brought my son here a year ago and the experience was amazing. The barber who cut my son's hair was so patient. Tawnya was amazing at helping me to capture my son's first haircut. However my experience today was horrible! I don't mind waiting my turn but when the barber is rude to other customers it was uncomfortable! My son's haircut is messed up. It is cut way too high. He sat perfectly still so it wasn't because he moved.

Samantha we are truly sorry that this experience was not as good as the last. If you would please bring your son back in and either Tawnya or Rick will do whatever they can to fix his haircut for you..! Again we are sorry that had to experience this kind of attitude from of our barbers

New to the area, this is the first barbershop I took a shot with. Was not disappointed at all. Friendly staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I haven't had a cut that made me feel this good about myself in a long time. They do great work. Will be coming back for future haircuts and bread trims for sure. Cash only. There is an ATM for use at the store next door.

ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS VOID. Alright so my buddy and I are not from the area, we checked around a FEW spots and didn’t like anything. THIS PLACE POPS from the second you walk in the door greeted by friendly people ready to preform. The cleanliness of the building was absolutely to any good held standards and the staff were above and beyond on so many levels. Outstanding establishment, amazing employees, great conversations and environment even for family cuts. 11/10 recommended I’m not kidding this made my experience in the area that much better. Go get ya self a nice cut. Shout out to my girll there she was awesome even gave me a candy :)

Absolutely loved this place. Great, fun, outspoken, people who aren't afraid to state their opinions. Love the sign on the door. Big Rick cut my son's hair for the 1st day of his Senior year and he did an outstanding job. We will definitely be going back. Totally loved the atmosphere. Both Big Rick and Tawyna talked and laughed and interacted with everyone.
