Unfortunately I was starting to like this place. I went to Tony and thought finally I found my barber, he does great work if you do go, go to him, long story short I called and scheduled for Tony, somebody else picked up, but said the appointment was confirmed, I came in that specific day and time they said he’s not here he gave me his card with his hours and days. Whatever, I called and scheduled on one of those days and hours, again confirmed over the phone. They said it’s booked, once again I come in, it’s just three ladies Sitting there talking, they told me “ We were gonna call you, but we didn’t have your number”, they never asked for it? So two times i scheduled with them, both times showed up to the barber not being there and no heads up, I scheduled a third time for Tony, One of the ladies wrote it down, later on Tony calls And says he can’t do that time he already had someone down…. Whatever system they’re running there clearly does not work. Found a great barber elsewhere. FIX YOUR SCHEDULING SYSTEM STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME, Y’all should give me a free haircut for allowing me to show up twice and having to be turned down and tell me my barber is gone twice. My time isn’t cheap. Total disregard to their clients

I go here all the time. The last time i visited I told them I wanted a simple hair cut, 1 on the back & 8 on the top, haircut measurements if you know you know. Very simple cut. The lady took 40min and charged me $38. Umm yeah I’ll never return, these prices are ridiculous. It should’ve been like $26 or something like that and A 10min cut. it was slow and she purposely took forever just to justify the $38 charge. Scammers. it’s a shame that I’ll have to find a new barber. This one is so near.

Last time I was here with my son to get a hair cut the Lady gave give the worst hair cut I I have ever seen. Uneven, one side is up the other side is down and what is interisting is if you screwed up at least try to fix it and not let the customer go with this funny haircut or at least don't charge money for the service. But we were let go without fixing it and charged a full haircut service. That's not professional! That's is why we stopped going there.

I was thinking about should I leave a review or not, but the more I was thinking, more I was upset. Anyways, I was using Mens Barber services with Mr. Cipriano for almost two years and I was happy with services provided, so I was a regular customer. Today I had appointment at 6 and due to traffic while I was coming back from work, I could not make it at 6 so I called in 30 minutes before to see if Cipriano could take me 30min later. The person who answered the phone was Abraham, who was nice before, but today I am not sure if he had a bad day or not, but he decided to hang up in the middle of the sentence while I was talking. I did not finish what I wanted to say, he just said "alright give us a call another day, bye" and hang up. Since I am regular customer, I was expecting Abraham to be more professional and not so rude. I might not do my haircut with Abraham, but if he is the one answering the phone he should be more professional, does not matter if he is upset, or frustrated at the end of his shift, as I said it was 5:30 when I called and it is almost end of the shift, but still he should stay respectful and professional. This type of attitude is a big red flag for me and I am definitely not coming back here. He might have a bad day or what ever, but he was a reason someone lost a regular customer today. Only reason I put 2 stars and not 1 is because Cipriano is a good guy and does his job as professional. I was a customer here and you should never show rejective and rude attitude like today. I did not do anything to be treated like this.

Very disappointed at the pricing. Called to ask how much a men’s cut was, told it was $30. My husband left paying $60, for a men’s cut! No pricing listed on any website or on google. Good work on the hair cut but not ok lying about pricing.

I have had many, many haircuts here, and the majority have been fantastic!! One name who I will spare (bad cuts a couple times), and the good guy (I am not saying either because I don't want him to be too busy!) has always done a great job.

I recently visited this men's barber shop for a beard trim and line-up. While the haircut was satisfactory, I was shocked by the high price they charged for the beard cut and line-up. It felt like I was overcharged for these services. However, the initial pricing was still an unpleasant surprise. I would recommend they review their pricing to ensure it aligns better with the value. I went back to discuss the price with the individual that charged me that price and he just rudely handed me $12 without even explaining his prices. I’ve been frequenting this place every 2 weeks for almost 5 years now. I will not be visiting this barber shop again.

Went in asking for a fade. One side certainly looked different than the other, one side was rounder while the other was more angular, and the bangs look awful. Plus on the back of the neck, the lady was so rough that it left me feeling like I've had a bad sunburn the last 2 days. On top of all of that, the cut was 30 dollars. I could go to the barbers and get a better cut for cheaper. I was not satisfied therefore I did not tip. Sorry, but I will not come back.

I just spoke to Abraham to schedule a haircut for my son. I am so disappointed at how extremely rude he was. My husband and my three sons have been loyal clients for quite some time. Over this time we have had many good haircuts but we consistently receive bad haircuts from one barber. I kindly requested that our appointment can be with anyone but the one person (I don't know the names of the other barbers or I would have just requested them). I had to ask my husband specifically who the barber was because I don't typically schedule for them. After mentioning said barber Abraham says "what's your point, you do or do not want her?" I thought I had made it clear that I didn't, but I clarified and his response was "then it's just not necessary to mention it bye" and hung up. I think it was very necessary. I didn't bash her. I just said "we haven't liked the cuts from her" and preferred someone different. I called back to cancel and let him know how extremely rude it is to speak to people the way he did and hang up on anyone in general, but especially when running a business. I just wanted to ensure a nice haircut for my son's varsity basketball pics. We will never be back again which is so sad because we had good experiences with many other kind barbers there. Abraham you'd do well to just be kind and professional going forward if you care about people and hope to retain your loyal clients for your business.
