First off what an amazing shop itself it’s in such a cool place in Vancouver and it is truly its own vibe in there. Amazing staff, they laugh and work together in the most charming way. Shout out to Big D herself, always provides one of a kind hair cuts and conversations that I can simply define with: Supreme. If you want to get consistently quality haircuts in a consistently cool place with consistently cool people then you may have just found your haircut home. I could not more highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Big D’s for nearly three years now, and I always leave looking and feeling better than when I walked in! The atmosphere is welcoming, the music is always on point, and they even have a mini fridge stocked with a variety of refreshments— help yourself! I also love the location in the historic Kiggins Building; it adds so much charm to the experience. A+ to Dani!

Had to leave a review for Dani immediately because of how amazing an experience it was!! I brought my 7-year-old in. His last haircut was a terrible cut from a Sports Clips in Vegas 🤦♀️ I let Dani know that it’s hard for my son to sit still past 20 minutes or so. She pointed out her trophy for “Fastest and best haircut” and I knew they were a great match. 15 minutes later my son was applauding her haircutting skills and proudly announced multiple times that it was the best haircut in the world. He decided to commit right then and there to Dani as his new barber. Thank you so much Dani for creating a welcoming and supportive haircut experience for my big kid! We will definitely keep coming back.

Shar is an incredible barber and I always leave this shop feeling great! She is hilarious, vivacious, and gives me the perfect cut every time. The atmosphere in the shop is always so lively and fun. You can truly tell that they all love working with each other and that they're all amazing at what they do. I highly recommend checking this downtown treasure out for yourself.

Big D’s barbershop is phenomenal. Amazing location, well decorated inside including murals, an entire staff of friendly people and free beer/soft drinks. Nothing beats getting my Fresh skin tight fade by the owner Dani, in 30 minutes or less, while being able to enjoy a cold beer. The hot towel treatment into the flat blade shave is the cherry on top every time. I am very specific about my fade and my curls. Hurry and become her regular before she doesn’t have any more room on her books!

So after a fellow gym buddy recommended a barbershop to me. I decided to give them a shot. I can say that Big D's did a good job. Friendly place and good people there. The Katie who cut my beard did a fantastic. I can say I am happy with the outcome. If you are look for a barbershop where everyone can feel welcome this is your spot. Plus for the price you easily get your money worth. I will be be soon to get my beard cut again and maybe a straight razor head shave

Fantastic Barbershop these screams experience and class. The owner has over 20 years of experience and I felt her passion for the craft as soon as she started cutting my hair. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not giving them your business. A++
