Folks doesn't know the how to cut properly. Just cut the hairs in a straight line rather than doing it in layers when already had layers in hair.

I’ll spend some time in the area every year and I’m so glad to have randomly booked with Mina. She did a fantastic job figuring out what I wanted and cutting it on my first appointment. She kept notes so she knew exactly how to cut it the second time I showed up. Changed it up a bit and she still knew just what to do the third time I showed up. It’s like I’ve been going there for years!! Highly recommended!!

About 6 months ago, I was introduced to Phoebe, at the Microsoft campus Rudy's, by a friend who works there. Phoebe always listens carefully and her cuts reflect her talent. I have fine hair, but her cuts make it look much thicker and it is so much easier to style. Thanks Phoebe, for another amazing cut!

The haircuts are ok for the price; nothing particularly outstanding. However scheduling with them is a complete waste of time as they seem to not even adhere to the booking. This is the second time that I've been bumped from my appointment due to a previous time slot coming in over 50 mins late. For some incomprehensible reason they find it ok to bump timely customers and expecting them to wait for an indeterminite amount to try and squeeze in tardey clients. This is after making them wait 20 mins over their appointment time. 0 respect for clientele's time.

My barber's schedule was full, and I needed a next day appointment... .. . MISTAKE! I hate to say this, but it was the worst haircut I've ever received. The fade was not good, and my sideburns were different lengths. She used the straight razor without cream. It was just bad. I cut my own hair better during COVID. Needless to say, I'm not going back.

If you are looking for a quick haircut and don't care how it turns out, this Rudy's location is the place for you! I gave them three chances, with different stylists, and the results progressively worsened. My last, and final, haircut ended up looking like something I could have achieved myself. The stylist didn't even wash my hair, which is a service included with all of their cuts. My preferred style fits in the "short haircut" category. Although it's a simple style, every other salon I have used spends about 30 minutes doing the cut and shampoo. At Rudy's, I've never been there longer than 15 minutes. Great if you're in a hurry, but I can get a better haircut at Supercuts for less. For the service Rudy's is actually providing, $32 + tip is absurd. Two stars, only because it's an extremely convenient location. Unless you're desperate, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I went here twice. The first time I was happy and went back for the second time. The second time was my worst haircut experience ever. I went for a simple short haircut. The guy who gave me the haircut gave me several deep cuts on the back of my neck that is still painful after more than 10 days and my hair was so uneven that I had to fix it at home myself (I have never given anyone a haircut in my life, but my hair was so bad that I basically thought there is no way I could make it worse).
