My family and I love this place! The wait is never that long, especially during the work week. We don’t have a specific barber, but my fiance has come out right ever single time. Highly recommended!

Had such a great experience at this shop today! The shop I usually go to was booked out so I gave 028 a try. They were able to get me in right away with a walk in and was very happy with the results. Each cut comes with a free drink too! This is my new go to spot.

Poor customer service. Had waited an hour the previous day and was still an hour away from getting a cut due to the slowness. I show up at opening the next day and they let someone ahead because they had to wait an hour the previous day, cutting the line that should be walk-in only and they got to choose whoever they wanted instead of who was available, cutting in front of several customers who used the proper procedure. Take the drive out to Woodenville 028, they treat customers better.

Great hair cut! They took care of us even though it took until after closing and the staff was friendly. My kiddo's hair looked awesome afterwards and they were so gentle with him. 😊

Great experience with Derrick. Loved it. He is very professional, polite and knows his work. I have not had this kind of experience with hair cut since I have been in the US for over 2 years. Definitely recommend o28 barber shop and Derrick. Thank you.

Have been coming here for a long time now and always had a wonderful experience except today. Came to get a haircut for my son and Nick was our barber ! To say that he is rude would be an understatement. Since my son is special needs, I usually stand close by and comfort him but Nick asked me to sit down and when I tried explaining him why I was standing he would just stare and go about his business. My son complimented Nick on his tattoos at least 5 times (his way of small talk) but not only did he ignore him but the way he was using his tools and cutting hair was tough to see. During the checkout when I mentioned all these things again and asked him why was he rude to him and if he wasn’t comfortable around kids he should have told me at the beginning , he just kept on repeating “you good bro”. Terrible terrible experience today.

Kayla may be new to the hair cutting game but she's not new to being awesome. This is our second time back the 028 and she is the only one in Seattle I trust with my Fella's hair. Her communication is on-point, she always talks about what she does before she does it, and not for nothing, she's really easy to chat with. My Guy always leaves looking dapper. 😘 Well done, Kayla! I started coming to this barbershop on day one when they first opened, and the experience was fantastic. The price was reasonable, and the barbers were skilled and able to help me with exactly what I needed. However, over the last year or so, I noticed a decline in quality. The barbers became increasingly inexperienced, and seemed like they hadn’t received proper training. It felt like there was a new barber every week, making it hard to get consistent results. Additionally, the hours were inconsistent, and sometimes I’d arrive well before closing only to find the shop closed. Despite these issues, it remains a fair and affordable option compared to other places in the area. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

One of my friends went here for a haircut, and the stylist did such an incredible job. The cut looked clean, stylish, and really well-finished — you could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. The place had a calm, welcoming vibe and great attention to detail overall. Definitely one of those spots you’d go back to once you find “your” person. Highly recommend!
