You do have to make an appointment, but that means there is minimal wait. The barber is friendly and I like my haircut. I've been going to Ken for the past 8 months or so and I'm still happy. He's a nice guy and does a great job on my hair.

We visit Ken every month for haircuts! The service is fantastic, and the prices are great. This shop has been around for 50 years! We drive 15 minutes each month. We’d love for him to stay open, so if you’re in the Puyallup area, try it! Before you visit, please book an appointment: I can’t do that on Google, but you can easily book it on the shop’s website. We highly recommend it! 💯

I'm a 30 year old guy and I've been coming to Ken for my haircuts for several years now. The appointment requirement makes his schedule and your appointment time extremely predictable. He does an exceptional job, is very efficient, and is just a pleasure to talk to. His pricing and quality punches WAY above its weight class. My wife loves how I look when I come home. If you give Ken a try I'd be shocked if you don't return again and again. Thanks Ken!

I just had Don cut my hair! Excellent job! I got a great haircut, as a walk-in customer! Very friendly folks! I highly recommend them!

Absolute best barber in the state. KEN WILL TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOU. He is an incredible human being and and even better barber!! I've been going there for 15 years.

Went there yesterday for my first haircut. I typically get a skin fade and have been looking for a new barber for quite some time. Not quite the skin fade I am used to getting like all the new age skin fades. But regardless it was still a great fade and great overall haircut especially for the price! Really good down to earth people that work there and it feels like home. I got used to cutting my own hair after covid hit and it was very nice to be back in a barber shop where i could just sit down and relax, and have a good conversation with the barber. They do great work, it was a very fast haircut, and i will definitely be going here regularly from here on out!

Ken is as solid as they come. Everything you want in an "old school" barber (and he's not old!). He's dedicated to making sure his clients have a good experience. If you're just a dude wanting a solid barber experience - no frills - no hipster prices - just a great cut, this is the spot. I love that he transitioned to "online appointment only" because that also means he gets to know your name, engages, and he's a great conversationalist.

Simply awesome! I went to every barber shop/salon in downtown Puyallup for a simple under cut (I have short hair) and no place would take me for a 5 minute job. But this place did! The guy who did my hair was very sweet and funny and only charged me 5 bucks for it on top of that! Definitely recommend!

A tremendous place to get a cut. Its warm and welcoming. Ken the owner is a pleasure to talk to. He not only will provide a wonderful service to the community, he is a man that outside if business let's say, he cares and takes care of the community in other ways. I have learned that first hand.
