They were not accommodating; no greeting and slow service. Appointment was for my son and did not get what we sent him in and were looking for. The price we paid for a razor shave was not worth it when we were looking to have his hair trimmed down an inch and a half on top. Unfortunately, he came home with something I could have saved the money from spending.

These guys treat hair cuts like engineering...with precision. I just show them a picture of the haircut I want and they do it and it's always spot on. No English required. The one thing I wish they would do is get their wax machine fixed/replaced.

I am not one to do reviews , but what i witnessed today was disturbing. Very unprofessional work by Travis who is a barber in this establishment . I am deeply appalled by the scene I witnessed today. Very unprofessional mannerisms. Witnessed Travis yelling at a kid over an altercation because of the pokemon machine at the local Monroe Fred Meyer. Travis was causing a scene attempting to fight the kid inside of the store and carrying on his behavior outside. Extremely disrespectful and distrusting behavior. I will no longer give you guys my business! Nor should anyone support this nasty behavior.

Walk in took 5 minutes to get a barber, multi language, fair price $20 for beard cut, young up beat environment.

Showed a picture of a mullet and said “I wanna keep some in the back” little to say that didn’t happen. Multiple VIP perks were skipped that I’ve gotten before. Waited almost 30 minutes for my appointment. Didn’t clean off the hair clippings at all. Didn’t style it at all. Massage gun kept running out of battery. Spent $90 and feel scammed. Was my go to place now I’ll find somewhere else.

I left this place in the past due a horrible habit of disorganization. I figured I give them one last chance. I set an appointment through Booksy for 9 a.m. with Kevin. I arrived 15 minutes before the schedule appointment. The shop opened at 8:55 am. When I entered, there was one barber and asked if I had an appointment. I confirmed that I had an appointment with Kevin, and I was told that he will arrive momentarily. I waited until 9: 37 a.m., and Kevin still did not show up. Two other customers, assuming they had appointments, were served before me. This is the last time I give Los Jefes a chance. Although they do great work on haircuts, it do not compensate in the lack of customer service. I will be going to their competitors for now on. If you like to spend the rest of the day waiting for a haircut, then I recommend this place.

I have been going to Los Jefes for almost a year now, mostly with Mauricio. Every time I go, I get the haircut I desire, a clean environment, good music, and laid-back vibe. I appreciate the skill Mauricio puts into his craft and the time he takes to do a good job. I recommend this barbershop to anyone looking for a quality haircut.

We went in for a walk-in kids cut for my 1-almost-2-year old. They did a nice job managing their walk-ins and their appointments. They were ready for kids with boosters and capes that fit. All the guys were comfortable working with kids, knew how to get a good cut despite the way kids turn their heads and things like that, even tried talking with my son, which was hilarious. Will go again.

Excellent barbershop! They do a tight haircut and even finish up my kids cut with a razor when I asked. So many places are sloppy... not these guys.
