Great barbershop with it's own vibe and style. I've been a customer for about 2 years and don't want to go anywhere else

Not an even fade, felt like I was rushed through. After the haircut I didn't get to see how it looked, just the front view. Don was very nice, cash only.
Owner's response
That's a rare one for me, thanks for the review

Jimmy is a top-notch old school barber! Very reasonable pricing (cash only). Never disappointed, and the only barber whose work extracts compliments from my wife every time I go.

Went in for a super last minute haircut for my son before the dance tonight. When I called, whomever answered the phone was really kind and said "come on in." 20 minutes later, my son was in a chair. Cat was fast, the edges are straight and even, and she was fun too! Definitely my son's new barber shop.

Classic barbershop. Walk in, get a great haircut at a great price, leave happy. I've received cuts from both Jim and his wife and couldn't recommend them more. Thank you!

Don's barbershop was small shop on Main Street with, what appeared, only 1 barber chair. This place had no website, but google was able to provide with enough information to accurately get here, including a chat with the owner. Don's barber is a walk-in only, no appointments, and the owner appears to be the only person working. Prices were some of the best in the industry at $14 (or $18). This location also does not accept credit or debit. So make sure to plan accordingly. I went on a Tuesday afternoon and the place was empty. Don was able to get me in and out of his shop in less than 20 mins. Although the cut could have used a little more detailing for a fade, I thought the price was fair. Glad I gave them an opportunity and was beneficial in determining my future needs at this location. Definitely support 100% local if able to!!!

Don's Barber Shop is the real deal! Don's got that military-style haircut game locked down tight. Walking out of there with a fresh cut makes me feel like a total boss. The guy's attention to detail is insane – my hair's never looked so sharp. The shop's got a rugged vibe that's just my style, and Don's skills are as solid as they come. If you're after a haircut that screams masculinity, this is the place to be. Salute to Don for keeping me looking razor-sharp!

Everything that I needed. I tried to get a cut other places, found lines of people or booked schedules. Came here and was immediately seated, had my hair cut efficiently and it looks great. What more could a person ask for? Prices are inexpensive so I paid the man significantly higher and was glad to be on to other things lookin sharp. Thank you. Very much.

This barbershop is fantastic. It's a simple cut, but your hair is cut well. If you want to talk to Jim you can, or if you want to go my route which is to sit in silence and not have to converse you can do that as well. The prices are reasonable and the visits typically go on no longer than 10 to 15 minutes.

I feel lucky to of found this barbershop. It is a great little gem in the heart of Monroe. The owner was very laid back and easy going. I thought it was really cool to hear him tell me a little bit about this history of his family's shop. He gave a PHENOMENAL hair cut reasonable prices. I will most defiantly return to get my ears lowered again.
