I've getting my hair cut here even before Jeff owned the shop. Consistent, friendly and competitively priced, great conversation and not to mention it's on the Kirkland waterfront! Jeff is a great guy, perfect haircut every time!

I've been coming to see Jeff for 2 years and refuse to get a haircut or beard trim anywhere else, going as far as to drive in rush hour to come to Kirkland. Jeff is unbelievably personable and always provides a great haircut. The atmosphere is top notch and Jeff has a great ability to adapt to the client; either chatting with them about whatever topic pops up, or letting them get a cut in silence (if that's what they prefer). Couldn't recommend Touch of Class more!

I've been going to TOC Cuts for nearly 13 years and for the last couple of years I have been getting my haircut by Jeff, the new owner and I couldn't be happier. It's always a warm and welcoming atmosphere, great conversation and great haircuts at a super reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

I love this place and the owner Jeff is amazing. I have a Mohawk and I’ve been to multiple barbershops nearby that messed up my line or cut the sides in a way I don’t like. As a lady it takes years to grow the length back out and it is super critical my barber is careful. Jeff is always meticulous and fun to chat with to boot. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

Jeff is outstanding. Been going to him for 2 years, ever since I stopped by at closing and as he was leaving for the night. He stayed and hooked me up. Great conversations with Jeff and always an excellent haircut. Really like the convenient easy scheduling via the website. Highly recommended. Jeff now owns the shop and has upgraded the interior look and feel. Classic barber shop experience.
