I went to the Grand master barber Mess.. she literally messed up my hairs! Took only 5 mins.. put zero thought on styling. A rookie barber would be better than their grand master barber. Never had such a bad haircut experience ever. $55 went in trash

Mess showed up 20 minutes late, messed up the line work front and back, scratched my face, forgot about the facial hair, made my facial hair uneven even after asking to fix it up. Do what you want with that info.

Ive have never been to a legit barber. I went in with no reservations in need of a clean cut for a wedding and Jacob went out of his way to take care of me. He's amazing, he asked me what i wanted and i said to him he's the artist and that he can work his magic. I highly recommend requesting him. He's an artist and knows what he's done. Will totally be coming back. And I'm from California.

Hello everyone, I visited here purely by chance, I saw this hairdresser's, I wanted to do my hair for myself, for beauty, at first it was inconvenient, I went into the queue for a bit, it turned out that you need to take an appointment in advance and all the masters there are of different levels, I was here for the first time so I did not have to choose the first one, it turned out not to be the best but normal, when he first started cutting my hair, I was shocked, I wanted to stop 100,000 times, but I gave this person a chance, I held back from going, I wanted to find out what he would prove to himself and to me, this young man was a little unusual, this young man is either a genius or something else, it turned out that he knows what to do for me, it's a little much, but I'm pretty happy, of course, I'm all about my hair, now I'll go wash my face, thank you all

Had an appointment at 1:00 PM today with JustinG. I arrived on time and waited for 45 minutes. No apologies and no intimation when he's going to finish his late running job. I had to finally leave after telling him that i need to be at some place at 2:00 pm. I was supposed to be present at some place nearly at 2:30 pm. He completely ruined my schedule and preparation. This is highly unprofessional and not valuing the people's time. Not returning to this barber again. Note it's a $45 haircut + tip. But while waiting there, others are finishing nearly on time, at least not 45 minutes delay and no intimation.

EDIT: They called me to make it right, that takes a lot of humility and something I really appreciate. Place seems nice and clean and the staff were friendly from what I could gather. Unfortunately I was not able to get my hair cut after waiting 20 minutes for a 9am appointment. My barber never showed and nobody else offered to help me out, or help explain what was going on. I mean I can understand that sometimes people are late or things happen. But it would be nice to know what’s going on. I didn’t really feel like my time or business was respected. I presume it’s some issue with the online appointment system, as I was not able to choose a time. I was just assigned 9am which I thought was peculiar since Google says their opening time is 10am. Regardless, I would suggest if you are going maybe call or book online a few days before.

Honestly really wanted to leave a good review because I thought the haircut was good but went home and my wife noticed I had scratches/welts on the back of my neck from the clippers they used to line me up. Thought back and remembered that he pushed really hard on my neck when lining me up. Hurt when I took a shower to clean off all the leftover hair from the cut. Will not be going back.

I recently came in and had Justin G give me a haircut. Been having trouble finding a decent barber to go to and get guidance on my hair. I have a widows peaks so finding the right manageable style can be hard. But he did a great job! I’m planning on going back consistently. Would recommend if you are trying to find a new consistent barber. He even gave some helpful advice on haircare and styling.
