Came in with medium-length curly blond hair and a very clear idea of what I wanted: a clean, low fade on the sides and a crop in the front. I showed reference photos from my previous haircut, explained everything twice, and even pointed out exactly how high the fade should NOT go. Couldn’t have been clearer. During the haircut, I was turned away from the mirror the entire time, which honestly made the whole experience stressful. I could literally feel that the sides were being taken way too high. When I was finally turned back around, it was a complete shock. Instead of a fade, my sides were basically shaved high with clippers, uneven and careless. It looked like a rushed DIY haircut anyone could do at home. The top was left bulky, the fringe awkward, and the overall shape just didn’t work with my head at all. What was supposed to be a clean, stylish cut turned into something I’m honestly embarrassed to walk outside with. I was told “don’t worry, it’ll grow back.” That’s not the point. When someone sits in your chair, they’re trusting you with their appearance and that matters, especially if your job involves dealing with people, like mine does. The barber apologized, but apologies don’t fix the damage. I’ll probably be wearing a hat for the next couple of weeks. Just a heads-up to anyone considering this place: be very careful, especially with this barber. This isn’t about money - it’s about attention, skill, and respect for what the client asks for. Unfortunately, I left extremely disappointed and frustrated.

This place used to be my favorite barbershop with some good Barbers there but they lost all of their barbers in few weeks. This is very strange. The place had some negative energy last few months. I stopped going there and I am sad to see the nice barbers gone.

I used to go to one of their barbers named true, who was a great barber, but i went back recently and true left. I tried one of their other barbers, some lady, and she absolutely ruined my hair. Whole cut was completely uneven and it looked like she cut random chunks out of one side and left the other side untouched. I hope that lady got let go shes absolutely horrendus. I miss true.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience here…. At first I was excited to come here as they offered a variety of high quality haircuts. When I first entered the shoppe, I was excited to get a fresh cut and impress all the ladies. However the haircut was so horrible that I had to wear a hood for 2 months; note that this was during the summer. I did take my hood of once in school. No one talked to me for days. I came back here for yhe second time with high hopes, and once again I was met with an unpleasant experience. I wanted a textured fringe and they buzzed me…. I was holding back tears after this cut; the fact the barber didn’t even acknowledge her creation further worsened my experience.

I always get what I ask for. The cuts I received here have always been great, and I have been going here for several years. Denny and the other barbers have always taken good care of me.

I asked for a simple trim — just a little off the sides, back, front, and only a bit off the top. What I ended up with was nothing close to what I asked for. It looked more like a buzz cut, with an uneven amount of hair left on the back. Definitely not worth $50. This place can be a hit or miss — sometimes the cuts are decent, but other times, like today, the results are disappointing. I've also had issues in the past where I signed in on the check-in sheet but was skipped and had to wait a long time.

Strongly do not recommend. Went in for a haircut. I asked for 3-3.5 cm off the top with faded sides, and confirmed visually the length as Denny (man with shaved head) indicated. He must have been busy watching golf on TV or something, because my haircut came out lopsided and altogether too short. Like the other reviews said, very strange that he’d cut hair without letting his customer watch in the mirror. When I went back in to get it fixed, he started cutting the WRONG SIDE. Really can’t make this stuff up lol. Got a refund. Last pic is my normal hair for reference. I just wanted it a bit shorter. At least the fade is good, I guess.

True cut our grandson's hair - it was his first haircut. True was SO careful and patient with him! It's a gorgeous cut for a beautiful little boy!
