I was shamed because it had been a few months since I had a pedicure. My big toenail is slanted after she trimmed it. She didn't Rimmel my 2 pinkie toes because they need to be filed flat. My pinky toe is half painted. They were rude and I had an appointment but she made me wait for half hour. No small talk. Then!!! She overcharged me and told me not to worry that she would credit my account tomorrow. I told her how much I wanted to tip but she was only thinking of money and charged me double. I also felt uncomfortable there.

Disgusting customer service. My nail tech didn’t want to do the long nails I requested so I said fine, let’s do short white acrylic on mu natural nails. She agrees then gets upset because I then request to get my cuticle cut. The acrylic is asked for wasn’t even white, it was clear! When I brought it up she got upset and proceeded to scrape the dried clear acrylic from my pinky! How is that logical? I ask that she remove it then says I still have to pay $10 for the cuticle cut which was fine. I was content with that service. I ask again for her to remove the clear acrylic from my nail and she gets upset because I asked her to take it off. At this point her body language was getting loud. I told her I don’t want to continue the service then accuses me of not wanting to pay when I had previously stated I was going to pay. She then tells me not to “come back”.. as if I want to. Poor customer service. Clear is not white. I hope his wasn’t the owner. I didn’t get a name. This experiment was a huge waste of my time!! My nail tech was the lady in black. My pinky in the photo is clearly not white!!

The first visit was good, but when I came back, they were very rude. They didn't color or finish my nails, and they skipped basic things like cuticle cut and lotion. They were very rude, unlike the first time. I went there on a recommendation, but I don't want to go back. They were very rude even though the manager did it. They were only kind the first time.

I called ahead to ask if there was time available for a walk-in gel mani + pedi. After being assured there was, I headed over. It took me less than 5 minutes to arrive. I was led to a pedicure station before I even had a chance to look at the colors. I went back to select my color. One of the three ladies filled the pedicure bowl and had me sit down. I sat there for more than 20 minutes, waiting with my feet in lukewarm water for someone to be free. Three different women worked on my manicure and pedicure at three separate times, not in tandem. My toes (which I’m insecure about; that’s why there’s no photo) are splotchy and unevenly cut. I tried to be more lenient with my fingernails because I am a nail bitter but they are terrible. Splotchy, thick coats of gel which left huge areas unpolished, not to mention the polish all over my fingers. The polish on my pinky actually came off when I tried to correct some of the overflow of polish. On top of that my cuticles are sore from improper removal. Only perk was the removal of ingrown toenails in my feet but…at what cost? I don’t even think nail technicians are legally supposed to do that? Like, what is this? $85 for a trash mani + pedi. There were nail clippings all over the floor, hair and nail clippings in the pillow they put on my lap, and all of their white towels are stained and dirty looking. I didn’t see any technician remove tools from sterilized bags. Hate this. Will not recommend nor will I be returning.

It’s always a fun and relaxing experience to get your mani pedi at Tommy’s Nails. Olivia and her team are wonderful, caring and kind people who give the best service to their customers. I’ve been visiting Olivia for a few years and always recommend her to all my friends or anyone who compliments my nails at work. She does accept walk ins but if you are on a time crunch it’s better to make an appointment as sometimes they get a bit busy with walk ins. I usually call when I know I only have a certain amount of time, otherwise I just pop in and have a relaxing spa day with their wonderful menu of aromatherapy products ✨

I left the salon and once I looked at my nails I was in tears. I have never hated my nails more. I have acrylic on my actual skin, no nail looks the same. They are uneven and I have chunks of exposed nail where no acrylic was applied. My nails hurt from improper application. They ruined my almond nails and changed them into stiletto.. now I need to get them fully removed and replaced somewhere else. I wasted so much money here

I have been getting my nails done for years . I have gone to many different salons over the years and never felt as welcomed, comfortable and listened to as I did the first time and every time I walked into this salon. She took care of my wants and also informed me of my needs and allowed me to choose. I have been back 4 times and we are in process of bringing my natural nails back to the healthy form they once were before I started getting tips and acrylic. I have found my forever nail salon. I have also gotten pedicures from some of the other ladies in the salon and they rub your legs for a good while and take care of you . They make it a great experience as it should be . Thank you I'll be back soon

I went in to Tommy barber and nails to get my birthday nail set, asked for pink chrome with checkered in two fingers (I had inspo picks) and left the salon disappointed. The shaping is awful. Almond was what I wanted and they’re a bit wonky and one pinky nail turned out stiletto not almond. Two nails are significantly longer than the rest. And the checkered — the nail tech informed me she could do the design no problem however it is so poorly done and the checkered boxes are all crooked and some aren’t filled in all the way. I would have rather been told the design was too hard and I could have easily settled for something different. I would not recommend going here.
