Edit: Bruce the owner called me on the phone, offered a refund and to come in and have Jesus, their primary barber, touch it up. Jesus did a really good job and was very accommodating. I am happy that they took the time to make things right. Im all about second chances and understanding that everyones gotta start somewhere. Thanks guys! Honestly, I’m really upset. The barber himself was nice—no disrespect to him personally—but the haircut was not okay. I came in at 7pm, and everything felt rushed from the start. The collar was put on so tight it genuinely felt like it was cutting off blood flow to my head. About halfway through the cut, I realized all three barbers in the shop were apprentices. Had I known that beforehand, I would have been much more hesitant about coming in. Unfortunately, my hair was butchered. It was cut significantly shorter than I asked for, and at that point I didn’t say anything because you can’t put hair back. No styling product was offered afterward, and once I got home, it became obvious why—there’s no blending or texture at all, just very obvious, uneven chops. One of my temples was badly messed up; I actually had to fix it myself before putting product in, which is when I noticed how bad it really was. Of course, none of this was obvious in the shop because the lighting is blindingly bright. Overall, I’m just really sad and disappointed that I spent $60 expecting a clean, professional cut, and instead it looks like I let a kid do it. Pretty brutal experience—especially the night before Valentine’s Day. 😞

I’ve been coming here for about 10 months now and have gotten a haircut from a lot of the guys. I always schedule an appointment ahead of time and it’s been a great experience every time! Jordi and Jesus do an exceptional job in particular. Great hidden place that more people should go to! 💈

I had an incredible experience at Noir Barber Shop. Jordi was excellent from start to finish. I got a full haircut and beard trim with the Noir Experience, and it truly lived up to the name. The hot towel service and face massage were relaxing and done with real attention to detail. The hair wash was refreshing, and the ear, nose, and eyebrow trim were perfectly on point. The cut was sharp, the beard was shaped clean and precise, and the whole service felt elevated. The vibe in the shop is great. It's stylish, welcoming, and comfortable without trying too hard. They also offer complimentary non alcoholic beverages, which adds a nice touch and makes the whole experience feel even more premium. I left feeling completely pampered and taken care of. I’ll definitely be back.

Angel was very professional and efficient. I was very happy with my cut and shave and the one done for my son that Kevin did (I think that was his name, my fault for not hearing properly). Will go back again!

Very cool vibe when you walk in the door. Been to this place a couple times. Great service both times. As a guy it's pretty nice to feel, for lack of a better term, pampered. I can't recommend the full package enough haircut and beard and add in the hair wash service as well. Get your hair washed and dried, hot towel before the shave was great, little massage, and then at the end my hair looked fantastic It was stress free and very relaxing. And to to it all off the prices are quite reasonable.

I went to NOIR BARBER SHOP to get my beard done and had a great experience. The barber was a little nervous at first, but he took his time and really focused on getting everything right. I appreciated that he didn’t rush and paid close attention to detail. I even told him that he’s the expert and can fix it however he likes, which helped him get comfortable and do his thing. Nekkos did an excellent job—my beard came out clean, sharp, and well-shaped. The shop itself is very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. Overall, great service, a clean environment, and solid results. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending NOIR BARBER SHOP to others!

Been going here for over a year now and never had a bad haircut. Went in today after growing my hair out for almost 8 months to get a modern mullet and Leo did a fantastic job! He’s extremely knowledgeable and did a great job.

Jayden was excellent at cutting my son’s hair and listened to what he was wanting. He made my shy son feel very comfortable. Thanks Jayden. We will be returning in a few weeks!

i was approached by the owner a while back and was promoting his barbershop, i decided to check it out. first time was decent, i decided to bring my son along the second time and he liked his cut. as time went, the quality and service was not up to standard. the last time we went in, i could smell my son’s barber reek of marijuana. can’t believe management would allow this at their business. i’ve gone through 2 different barbers there since the first one quit. honestly can say, i wouldn’t be returning again. the barbershop had potential and sucks they are letting it go down the drain.

This place is awesome! Took my 7yo son to get his hair done here twice, he loves it! These guys will really take care of you, appointments are highly recommended. These guys take their time and get every hair in place. Not a get you in the chair n get you out the door kinda place. Come check em out! We drove from Federal Way to get his hair cut there, worth it! They can even do some more detailed stuff.
