I used to give this place a five star rating, no matter what but now everybody here who was a professional Barber left to Federal Way. Nobody here, except for the owner can do a skin fade or a lineup or even a young boy’s haircut. All of the ones who could do it left and it’s very disappointing. This shop went from the best shop in the entire area to the worst. Even the other hairstylist place and barbershops in Covington, Washington are saying their business is booming since all of the good barbers at 2 unique left.

I highly recommend Yaki to anyone looking for an excellent barber. Fades, tapers, lineups, beard trims... you name it, she does it. I always leave her shop with a flawless look and she never disappoints. Plus, she's very professional and always on time. She never cancels appointments or is unreliable like many other barbers. Her service is top-notch!

I really wanted to have a good experience here, I walked in with my 6 year old who took scissors to his own hair the night prior. I showed a photo, after getting half way through the cut I could see that’s not what she was doing so I had referenced another hairstylist hair in the shop to reference what I wanted and the stylist then started to basically buzz my 6 year old boys long hair to a point of no return. She was not apologetic and the other stylist were rude saying well we walked in and had no appointment so that’s what happens. I was in literal tears as she shaved the back of my sons long hair this being only the 4th time in his entire life he’s ever even received a haircut.

This place is great. I went in needing a shave and cut; pretty much looking like a hairy disheveled mess. I left so sexy that my hotness rating went up at least 4 points! The vibe is fun here, music is great, you can play pool while you wait for you barber, and everyone is cool. I highly suggest you come here for your grooming needs

Walked in without an appt with my grandson and they were able to take him in right away! Although they were really busy. Carter loves his hair cut! Great vibe and they do kid cuts as well as adults. Highly recommend Carter has found his new place.

I walked in to ask about haircuts. The owner cut off one of the workers to help me. He told to come at time late at 9:30 pm or the next day after 12:30pm. Clearly that meant his closing times. I am a person who gives trust. I went and they did not show up. I am disappointed in the unprofessional behavior of this barbershop. Rarely do I do this but that had to be said. Everyone is busy and my previous barber cuts hair 12-13 hours per day. This guy didn’t even have the decency to write down my number. All the 1 star reviews below say a lot about this business. The ego of such a person is amazing! I’ll make to stop in person and film a review.

Both my son & bf come here for their haircuts since they've opened. Attention to detail is always great, I always walk-in and they accommodate if they can, the place is super nice, and the haircuts are always good. My 11 yr old refuses to go anywhere else & to add my 11yr old has a faded curly style so its nice that the owner knows how to properly style and not just cut hair

Alhassan is the best barber to have ever touched my hair. He’s consistent in perfect fades and always listens to special requests and executes them beautifully. I drive an hour each way to see him and will continue doing so. Highly recommend this shop, he hand picks his barbers.

Came to get my hair dyed and a fade, Alhassan was amazing, the whole process was so lit, very professional and clean got it all done pretty quick, the cut was really nice not a lot of people can give you a fade like this, I’m not being biased I’m actually serious when I say the fade was amazing super clean, Alhassan is too good at this literally!

This is was my first time in here Alhassan the owner the way he cut my hair is boom🔥 his movement, skills, service, cuts are really high quality never seem someone cut like him. Im bring all my friends back to this shop really loved the environment in side, the shop is really luxury from inside, you guys just missing out his shop 🔥🔥 I will be back soon thank you to the alhassan owner and his team 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
