I took my son and for a haircut and was cut by an apprentice. My son wanted a bald fade and completely butchered it and it took over an hour and a half. other than that everything else was great good atmosphere good employees

First time getting a haircut here and I can promise I’ll be back for me. This was a very clean place that remained professional and for the quality of the haircut by Fabian it makes me want to go back at least 2 times a month!

I changed my rating from 5 to 3. I recently went there and was charged $50 for my nephews haircut!! And it wasn't that good. I would post the barbers name if I had it. (He knows who he is 😠) I appreciate the services by Hannah (thank you very much) and Chelsea (sp?) who does an amazing job and is reasonable. I will go back, but just not to that barber. Shame on you!!!

My son was looking for a barber and was turned away by a place in the Fred Meyer plaza for a cut their website and reviews said they could do...the reasons were obvious. Ruben was incredible,made my son feel at ease, was very kind, and we will most certainly have him do my son's hair again. Thank you for making him feel like a human at your business after his embarrassing and dehumanizing experience at the other barber. ❤️

The worst haircut experience I’ve had in a long time. At first, prices were great, and the barbers there got you in and out in 40 minutes or less. But now, the professionalism has gone down the drain, prices are extremely high for a haircut, and the relaxing vibe the place once had is now gone. I’m not sure this is the place I will be bringing my child to anymore.

Used to be a the best, but the professionalism has faded badly in past 6 months. It started with them consistently being 30+ minutes late for every appointment but I was willing to deal with it because their cuts were pretty good. But then one of the barbers showed up so high that it took an hour and 15 min (normally takes 40 min tops) to give me one of the worst haircuts I ever paid $50 for 😕 Super disappointing, I don’t care if you smoke a bit, but this was excessive. Today was the last straw, I wanted to try them again but after driving all the way out there, they informed me that the stylist I booked wasn’t available and they wouldn’t have anything available for another 2 hours. It’s a bummer, I liked this place but now with its higher prices it’s a bit of a rip off for what you get.

I had a good time here yesterday, it was my first visit, and I'm probably an unorthodox customer compared to their regulars. Reuben cut my hair, and this is the first time a barber has done exactly what I wanted out of the reference photo. I'm new to short hair after a decade, so I wanted someone who could really help get the style right. Reuben was kind, professional, skilled and radiated good vibes the whole time, even singing along to the good music that was playing in the shop. Veey relaxing visit and great prices. Thank you for the help, I'll be back!

took my toddler son and he got a 5 minute haircut with a few nicks added in because it was so rushed. No fade, zero blending - just basically cut his hair to an 1/4 from his scalp and buzzed the back and sides. Paid extra for a line design, so total for his cut was $60. I left 2 stars because the line design was ok (not sharp though). I suspect the rush was because it was lunch time and as soon as he sat in the chair the food order came in the door. I will not be going back. Sad because my husband got good beard service here. Thank you for your quick response. I wanted to be clear that the pictures I attached to this review were taken on the day he got the cut, not more than an hour later. I don't have the best vision so didn't get a good look at it until we got home and I had my glasses. To be perfectly honest I had planned on calling that day but was so angry I decided to take a cooling off period. I am a fairly even tempered person so I decided it was best to chalk it up to a lesson learned. Google maps came up and asked me for this review so I posted it

Got a phenomenal haircut and beard trim/shave from the owner himself. These guys are awesome and make some of their own products. Beard oil was amazing. The price for what I got was an insane value and I can’t wait til next time. Thanks!
