Took a full hour to cut my 2-year-old son's hair just for it to not look anything like the picture, ruined his hair, and also gave him a rash on the back of his head.

The picture speaks for itself. I would give 0 stars if possible. Very unprofessional. The barbers and owner were laughing when they saw what had happened. I requested to "leave my hairline natural" & they screwed me. The owner also tried to offer half off as if that would fix the problem. Worst haircut I've ever recieved in my life. Do not go here, they do not value you as a person or your time. Terrible business. Picture on right is my natural hairline.

Requested a Caesar with skin fade, he made the perfect adjustments for my balding ass thin hair and he even fixed my beard which is sparse as well. First time here. I will be back, very chill environment. I just relaxed and I am thrilled with the end result. Has no worries . Would recommend , I'll be back

I made an appointment for today's perm and hair dye on the website in advance. Because of the long time, I arranged my family and children. When I went there, the barber there didn't seem to know about the appointment. There is no preparation. My appointment is over. My time was also wasted.

Not gonna lie, I did spend a good time here. The haircut and service were amazing, hit completely different compared to other places. The owner (David), he’s wonderful he did a very good job. Highly recommend !!!

This place is an absolute hidden gem, and the staff are very good at what they do. I have two kids and each have unique needs to keep them looking sharp. The haircuts were perfect! Very reasonable prices and so glad that it is close to home. Tip: just walk-in, do NOT try the appt scheduling online, the times are not really accurate. Background: we had been to a really high quality salon for kids in Tacoma but they closed. I didn't have have high hopes for finding a new place. One I tried previously, the cuts were cheap but just bad. Another was a really nice cut, but the person took over 45 minutes for a child which is way too long.

The young man that did my cut was GREAT. The atmosphere is very upbeat with hip hop/rap playing in the background, a pool table you can play on while you wait. All in all, it's a generally good vibe. My barber was very pleasant to talk to and was attentive to what I wanted done with my cut. I asked if be also did beard grooming, and he said yes. To wit, I got a great trim on that as well. I'm a 50 year old man, and the barbers that were there were on the younger side (mine was 24 iirc) but I didn't feel at all out of place. The other barbers that were there were very cordial as well. They don't do appointments, which was fine for me. Total time for a month long needed cut and beard trim was about 35-45 minutes. The price was as to be expected ($50 total after 25% gratuity). I'll do my walk-ins here from now on. Sorry, no photo available.

We left happy with my two boys hair cut. I appreciated the way our barber showed me about my son’s hair. His hair is curly and his hair style is hard to understand. Both our barbers were efficient, asked how if we were satisfied and we left with a smile. Thank you. Now we have found our new Barbers. 😊😊😊
