Had a great experience here getting my recent haircut. Friendly barbers, pool table is a nice touch, and the vacuum to get the hair bits out was great as well. Highly recommend!

Been to this barber shop since 2022 and it's always been super consistent in the service they provide! The atmosphere and the cleanliness is always well maintained and feels very cozy! Definitely recommend coming here especially if you have a children. It's a very child friendly space with TV, arcade, pool table, and comfy couch!

Went to this amazing barber shop last week and had rowan as my barber! She's really good and can literally do whatever style you say and give youo feedbacks on how she think will make it better! Will come back again for sure! My new favorite barbershop now!

Last time I got a haircut here a barber did really good but yesterday I got a haircut again and I just didn’t like it at all. She cut too much in the front part when i clearly told her not to and also showed her the picture references of myself last time. That apart, rest is really good

I got a haircut from Annie and it looks fantastic! Very friendly and professional, and she even had tips for how to style my hair in the coming weeks. The hot towel massage at the end was an unexpected surprise and so relaxing. I love this place and am definitely coming back, especially if Annie is cutting my hair. Thank you, Annie!

UPDATED REVIEW: Updating my review after the owner reached out. I’ve been a loyal customer of EZ Chair Barber since 2019, and they’ve always delivered great service. I recently had a frustrating experience where I arrived 40 mins before closing and was told they couldn’t take me, which felt inconsistent at the time. The owner followed up immediately, explained what may have happened, acknowledged the communication gap, and committed to amending and updating their business practice. I really appreciate the professionalism and effort to address the situation. The issue has been resolved, and I’ll continue supporting the shop. They’ve always worked hard to take care of their customers, and this response reaffirmed that.

Hi Andrew, I'm so sorry to hear about your poor experience here! I will follow up with my team to understand why this decision was made as it should not have been made. We do intend to honor our posted hours.<br><br>We have a predominantly Asian staff, an Asian owner, and many Asian customers, so it's definitely not our practice to discriminate in any way against Asians. I suspect but cannot confirm the customer that came in after you may have been on the waitlist which is why they would've seemed to jump the line. <br><br>Can you email me at ezchairbarber@gmail.com? Absolutely amazing! Brought my kids to the barbershop and they came out splendid! Did not disappoint. They also gave them a free massage at the end! Highly recommend Koko, Le, or Van. But all are great! 5 stars.

Wanted to leave a review on behalf of my husband - he has been going to Eunji for several years and she is so quick with her hands but also very detailed. She is also very friendly and makes all her clients feel so comfortable. We would highly recommend Eunji!

I get my haircut from Eunji and she never disappoints. Not only does she do an amazing job cutting hair but she always gives you a short shoulder/neck massage at the end to top it off. If you are looking to look fresh go to Eunji!

Why did we pay $$$ to destroy the original haircut and will need to wear hat for next a few weeks. We go to EZ Chair frequently and it appears the shop has changed owners and old hairdressers were all gone. Cathy cut my son’s hair today. My son got a perm a few weeks ago and only wanted to trim a little and a fade cut for back. We even showed her pictures from last time to give her example. She instead cut off all the hair from top down. The final look is just horrible. There is no room to rescue. No wonder she has no customer waiting while 2 other hairdressers have a wait list. If you still choose to go. Avoid her!!!

Hi YP, I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. A few things here: <br>1) You’re entitled to a 100% refund whenever you’re not satisfied with a haircut. Please email ezchairbarber@gmail to process your refund. We can also offer a free recut from any of our other barbers. <br>2) Most of the hairdressers from previous owner are still around (Amy, My, Eunji, Le, Cathy). A few are traveling overseas and will be back in the future. Note: Cathy was working under previous ownership as well and is not a new barber. Update: she has since transitioned out of EZ chair. <br>3) We take your feedback seriously and will address matters internally. We strive to meet high standards of service and excellence, are truly disappointed when we fall short, and will always strive to raise the bar for our customers.
