Just did a walk in! Great conversation and excellent cut! I would have paid so much more for that experience! CJ did his thing and within 5 minutes of walking in, I was in a chair. Great job!!

I been going to chop it up barbershop for over a decade, Adrian been cutting my hair for last 8+ years. Not sure what the haterade is on some of these few bad reviews but I would recommend this barber shop and the folks in it, all day! Honestly, one of the better barber shops and genuinely good people in here. My 13 year old gets his haircut and always asks for Adrian as well.

I had a random person on the train tell me about these guys. I went last minute and as a walked. I just moved from Georgia. Everyone was really welcoming. CJ is the guy that cut my hair. I was nervous and scared because I had never really went to another barber before in 20 years. CJ made me feel at home and I appreciate him for taking me when he didn’t have to

I really tried to give this place a chance, but I’m done. The owner smokes inside the shop, which is not only unprofessional but makes the whole place smell terrible. He’s often late and has canceled on me multiple times last minute, which is beyond frustrating. On top of that, the other barber brings his kids in and the way he talks to them creates such an awkward environment. Another barber literally uses the bathroom every few minutes, and the whole shop ends up smelling awful. To make it worse, they even brings a dog that has peed inside before. Overall, it’s unprofessional, uncomfortable, and not worth it.

Worse line up and taper clean up of my life. Gave the experience a 2 because at least dude was chill convo wise, but my guys vision is lopsided. Hairline look like I will be wearing a hat for 2 weeks. I asked if he could fix it and he said he didn’t want to push it back umm def pushed it somewhere. The others barbers cuts look pretty solid but my cut was terrible. Don’t wanna blast the guy so I won’t do names but felt like it was a Super Cuts experience for sure

DO NOT GO HERE! I frequently got my haircut by a barber named Chaunc, who definitely had skill when it came to cutting hair, but he was wildly unprofessional and disrespectful. He cancelled on me last minute at least 8-10 times due to him waking up late, or sometimes he wouldn’t provide me with a reason for his cancellation. Aside from Chaunc, the shop itself is also just poorly ran and the barbers all just talk and laugh amongst themselves but never greet you when you walk into the shop. It’s very hard to build a solidified relationship with a barber that works at this shop. I highly recommend that you get your haircut elsewhere because this shop will do nothing except waste your time.

Terrible, i came in and waited 30 minutes past rhe scheduled time for my haircut and finally got my haircut. I had an overgrown blowout taper and I asked to make the back a little higher and keep the bulk on the sides, gavin did the exact opposite. He ended up cutting my hair to about half an inch long on the back from 4 inches all around, i never asked him to cut down the back shorter than the top for that he didnt listen to what i asked for and was rushing into the cut. He also took 1 hihr to cut my hair which is very inconvenient.

Got a haircut from Adrian a few weeks ago. He called someone partway through my cut and told them he’d be there soon then rushed my cut. When I asked him if I could get it a bit shorter at the end he seemed pissed, then he cut my hair straight across. I left looking like a shrek townsperson. Would not recommend

Customer service is just bad. Like 1 or 2 barbers who understand the importance of providing a good experience. Use to go to tukwila location they’re a lot better. This location has messed up my line up before and messed up some of my friends haircuts as well. I recommend uppercuts Bellevue if your looking for something on the east side, great cuts and they make you feel like family with the customer service.

I think the barbers are good but customer service is not great. Nobody greets you when you walk in. That doesn’t necessarily bother me but I’ve been there 5 times and 4 out of the 5 times I had an appointment booked. It’s almost doesn’t matter if you have one booked because they don’t seem to work around the appointments. I’ll walk in and they’ll say they are booked fully so I have wait or just leave. What’s the point of the scheduling an appointment? I’d understand maybe one time but 4 times? like my ex, I gave them too many tries. Worst part is they don’t even apologize which gives me the i don’t care about customer vibe.
