I stopped by as a walk-in after another shop nearby was running late. The experience felt rushed once more clients came in, and the final result wasn’t as clean as I expected. There were visible blend lines around the sideburns, and communication about the service could have been clearer. I’ve seen good work come out of this shop before, but this particular visit didn’t meet expectations. If you visit, I’d recommend booking ahead rather than walking in to avoid a rushed cut.

Looks like this guy Josh lives up to his reputation. Not friendly at all - has an attitude problem. If your work was good attitude is understandable but his works terrible as well. Terrible haircut plus doesn’t even keep a blow dryer to get rid of the hair. I got a fade which he did half decent job of and left the side burns as is - I had to tell him 3 times to remove it before he did it. Very annoying - I’d never go back to him. Other people in the shop seemed friendly but when I arrived he was the only one sitting in the shop. Looks like I had the bad luck.

I talked to a woman that really tried with me to understand what I was going for. Another man came in to help her, didn’t know their names but they both did a great job. I got some highlights and a haircut. I showed them some pictures and was out in 2 hours. They tried their best to get as close as possible to the picture and it turned out great!

I had a really bad experience at the barbershop. I specifically requested one barber, but they sat me down with an intern. I was hoping for a voluminous haircut, but it ended up looking like a military cut. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

If I could give No stars I would. Super unprofessional(Josh), I came all the way from Tacoma got there at 12(noon) he tells me to come back at the appointment time he gave me which was 2pm I leave back to I pull in at 1:59 go to open the door and it's locked I wait 10min no one shows up. I texted him no answer I leave for another 10min. Come back and he tells me he wasn't here because he left to the store, but now he can't do it because he has another appointment at 3pm after making an appointment with me for 2pm and being late then canceling on me. These people will never get a cent of my money I will gladly go anywhere else from now on if this is how they do business when all I needed was a simple haircut.

My son went from long hair to a perfect taper fade in minutes. He got his hair cut by Singh and he did an amazing job. Super fine detail, I’m really picky about that and he did it flawlessly the first time with zero direction. He was very pleasant and patient and really delivered. Recently went back and my son got the worst hair cut of his life. I couldn’t convince him to go back in to have them fix it. The barber didn’t speak English at all and gave him straight across bangs with a chunk out in the front middle. Then there was hair hanging down in big chunks every where. It was supposed to be a taper fade, they shaved him all the way up like a bole cut. There was really no way to fix it besides shave it all off

It’s amazing how much of a difference 3 weeks can make! I really got to hand it to management here, I came 3 weeks ago and had a very bad experience initially, they made some personnel changes and remodeling around the shop and I must say they made some GREAT improvements. My experience here now is much better went from 1 star to 5 stars in 3 weeks. Management should really pat yourself on the back and keep up the good work! I will be back again soon. Thanks for the haircuts. My recommendation is try to book with “EZ” very personable and good with kids.

Josh did an amazing job! I asked for a very short haircut since I am going out of town for work and don't know when I'll be able to get another one, he listened extremely well to what I asked for and completed the haircut in a very reasonable time without rushing. His people skills are the absolute best around and he really takes time to get to know his customers during the haircut, thank you Josh, I hope to see you again soon!

I recently got my hair cut by Jessie, and he was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome with his friendly attitude. He really listened to what I wanted and gave me the best haircut I've ever had. Jessie's skill and attention to detail are amazing. Plus, he’s great to talk to, making the whole experience enjoyable.
