Great service with reasonable prices with well-trained and friendly staff. Very nice neighborhood place and also very popular. Visited for the first time as was so impressed that I introduced it to my kids as well. Another advantage is that the place is very quick with no long waits so you are in and out in no time, which isn't to suggest they rush. I would highly recommend.

demand 20% or more on tip for poor service. Barbers are very rude.

My hair and beard cut took only 20 min. Them ladies doesn't know what they are doing. I wish I get my money back. They only know who to cut a bald head. No sanitation no skill and expensiv. They should stick with giving massage or nail and foot work. Hair cutting isn't for them.

Their prices are quite high because it's in McLean and rents are high which is fine and all, except I can go to a barber in Honolulu and get an amazing haircut/wash for eighteen bucks (before tip) by a man who has been cutting hair for over 40 yrs and is an expert. So for me to pay forty bucks + tip for a mens haircut/trim and wash then tip by someone who is not an expert and doesn't have decades of experience is a hard pass for me. Prices don't reflect the service and quality. You're only paying for the location since it's in McLean. Don't expect and amazing haircut, service, hot towel, and a 5 minute head massage like they do in Vietnam or even barber shops in the US. Here they will just rush through your hair as fast as possible and then expect a tip for that kind of service with no real barber shop experience. I don't recommend this place if I am paying forty bucks + after tip for a mens haircut/trim/wash I want the full hour long experience, haircut, hot towel, wash/rinse and give minute neck, shoulder and head massage at the end. Not a thirty minute rushed haircut with no service. This place doesn't give you a real barber shop experience but prices themselves as a barber shop without the full package you get at a rela barber shop.

I walked into McLean Barber Shop in McLean, VA on Sunday, May 25th for a walk-in skin fade. Wait time was short, parking was easy, and the shop appeared clean. I paid $24 plus tip. The haircut looked fine initially, but within hours I developed multiple small red nicks all over the back of my head that turned into white crusty spots and a constant stinging sensation. Nearly a week later I’m still treating the area twice daily with 1% hydrocortisone cream and healing ointment. The discomfort and pain still persist. Would not recommend for a close fade. I attached pictures of the irritation throughout the week since I had the haircut

I’ve been going to this barber for like 5 years and since then, the haircuts have gotten worse and worse. It got to the point, where today, I showed them a picture of a haircut that THEY GAVE ME (looked pretty good) and they literally cut off all of my hair except for like 0.5-1 inches

This is the worst barber shop in this very elegant area. Rude people with rude owner who is shouting on the phone without even listening to the complaint and finally hang up. Zero customer satisfaction, I wonder how this place is surviving the nearby respectful businesses. The worst hair cut. Zero basic knowledge of hair cutting and trimming. The people who take appointments do not speak English and do not understand English. Totally NOT RECOMMENDED. Wish I see the closing of this place soon and end customers' surprize.

First haircut I've had in YEARS that I actually liked. Whenever I grow my hair out and just need a trim, the barber takes that to mean "break out the clippers and go to town." Here, I got a perfect little cleanup, fast and at a reasonable price.

Great haircut. Too bad 3 out of 4 barbers wear masks, very impersonal.

Outstanding neighborhood barbershop. They do a good job, are quick and friendly - yet they take enough time to do the job right. My mid 90 year old mom said "I could use a cut too" so I took her as well and she commented that it was one of the best haircuts she has had. When we got home, my wife said "that looks good" and headed off to get her hair cut. Those of you who have seen my reviews know that I give out one and two star reviews as much as 3, 4 and 5 stars. I call it as I see it and here we have three people giving 5 stars.
