Jamar has been my barber for 3+ years. All barbers have great customer service, predictable scheduling, high quality hair cuts and shaves, caters to multiethnic customer base, and have created a welcoming environment for people of all ages.

The barbers come across as arrogant and act as if customers aren’t valued. This isn’t a celebrity environment—it’s a service business, and professionalism matters!!!

Who was the barber? If you can remember please give me a call so I can handle the situation accordingly.

Great barbershop all around. The shop has a clean, welcoming vibe and everyone there clearly knows their craft. My main barber is Jamar, and he always does solid, clean work with good attention to detail — but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anyone in the shop when jamar is off Sly did me good. They all take pride in what they do and make sure you walk out looking fresh. Definitely a 5-star spot

Im a senior lady.I got a low fade with Side and top trim. Although my barber needed a little help from his friend he was so open to it. I really enjoyed the attention and care they took to get it right. I was really satisfied with my haircut. I know where I'm going next time I need a haircut.

Rude- Walked in was not greeted. Until finally about 10 min I got a how can we help you? Not friendly at all even made my child feel so uncomfortable and upset (bad B/O and breath). Honestly shocked for a barber to claimed they’ve cut hair for years and yet to mess up a fade was not blended well at all, looks choppy plus he rushed through a haircut like he had something better to do. Let’s not to mention his station area was so unorganized and dirty. As a parent this was so upsetting since this was a back to school haircut. NEVER COME HERE!

It has taken a couple of days for me to process. I came to this shop on 4/21 .. I had a barbour whom I asked to for a line up. I also asked him not to touch my beard. To his credit, his skills at the line up were very good. My hair was still a bit damp from washing it and he took the time to dry it before continuing as not to mess up his work. I appreciated that. He made great conversation and had an interesting perspective on life. He asked before getting the newish growth on my face, I said "yes". He then asked if I wanted the my goatee area touched up, to which I said "no" ... Great so far. The problem came at the end of the experience; Where without warning, hesitation or questions asked he GRABBED THE LONGEST AND MOST PROMINENT GREY HAIR IN MY BEARD AND CUT ROUGHLY 3.5INCHES OFF. That was 4 years and 8 months snatched by a momentary laps in judgment. In the moment there was so much shock that i just finished the experience, paid and left. The rest of the day was filled with grief. I returned the next day to apologize for not tipping in the heat of the moment and to offer my constructive criticism to the barbour in question. He was not there. So I offer it here. 1) From now until you hang up the clippers for good, DO NOT TOUCH ANYONE'S BEARD WITHOUT ASKING FIRST 2) Learn how to identify split ends, dead hairs, & knots so that when someone actually wants you to cut their facial hair you aren't just cutting haphazardly. 3) Hone your craft, perfect your skill, and get your money black man. I fully intended to tell you this in person but when I came back to the shop 4/22 I could feel myself shaking. So sadly I can't give you the tip that was for you and I will not be returning. God Bless West

Warren gets my son's haircut on point every time to not disappoint. I recommend asking for him. He doesn't rush thru and does it right. Thank you!
