Litteraly no stars for this establishment. The barber was very "scissor happy" and cut my sons hair to a bald fade when he only wanted it shaved underneath his long hair. DEVASTATED & DISAPPOINTNDED is an understatement. Make sure you are clear with what you want or you could end up bald.

I had an outstanding experience at The Refinery Barbershop, thanks to my barber Alex. On the day before my wedding, he went above and beyond to make sure I walked out looking sharp, confident, and truly ready for the big day. The haircut was flawless, the goatee was perfectly shaped, and the level of detail he put into every step really showed. Alex takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. If you’re looking for someone who combines skill, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients, he’s the one to book. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend The Refinery—and especially Alex—for anyone who wants to look their absolute best.

The lead barber on the right did an excellent job on my hair and confirmws my satisfaction with the cut. Unfortunately, the barber who did my son's hair paid WAY less attention to detail. He was on his phone for 15 min of the 20 min it took to finish the cut. This was unprofessional and disappointing, especially for the price and with the other elements (cleanliness, style detail, atmosphere of the shop, etc) being so much better. I would give them another shot, but only with the barbers who were on the right side of the shop today.

I have delayed doing this review because I wanted to keep Arian my secret! The best barber out there! He has always been timely with his appointments, he has never canceled or been late. His attention to detail is second to none, which I like because every cut is consistent. I cue my hair every week trust me when I tell you that Arian is the one.

I’m honestly picky about who does my kids hair and Josh always does a phenomenal job! Sent my friends there and they have gone to multiple people and they have nothing but great things to say. They are always welcoming and friendly!

The Refinery Barber Shop did an amazing job! The customer service was outstanding—everyone was polite, professional, and made me feel welcome. Booking online was super simple, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next cut. Highly recommend!

Trash place and rude barbers. Drove 40 minutes to get a cut here at 1:30 PM mind you! and was turned away because apparently they’re “all booked” on a normal Saturday 😂 yet 80% of the sign in sheet was walk in’s. ridiculous, don’t waste your time.

Hi Curly, sorry we weren’t able to take care of you. Unfortunately we get really busy on Saturdays! The sign in sheet is used exclusively for walk ins. In the future, scheduling an appointment is a sure way to secure your spot and ensure you are serviced in a timely manner. We are working to be able to accommodate more walk ins! If I was from the area, this would be my spot. Excellent work. Walked-in on a Friday for a cut and optional design work if they had availability. Despite being nearly full, barber took time to understand my preferences and delivered a great cut with impressive speed and accuracy. Though my assigned barber didn't do design work they found another barber who took a short break from their client to put the lines down for them to clean up. I gave them free-choice on design and placement and was very pleased with how crisp it was even with the challenge of my light hair and complexion.

Thus us the first time my sons have been to a barber that's not my husband. They had a great time! All of there hair was verrry long, and they r 3 completely different textures, they did an amazing job! My youngest had the longest hair, and was nervous, but everyone made him feel comfortable.

1st time going inside the shop... got few good comments from friends that's gone for a trim but everyone expectations are different. I must say, its VERY clean, VERY friendly, VERY professional and 100% I will be returning to this place. Keep in mind I've had the same barber for 6 years and this is the 1st time I'm considering another barber. Please keep up this standard!!
