Bad customer service. Cancelled on me multiple times right before my appointment. Was not there on one appointment. Late multiple times. Does not value customers time. Will not use him again........

Grimm was patient and kind with my 4 & 8 year old sons. He really took his time and did a fantastic job. My husband was also very pleased! His hair cut and beard trim look outstanding. Great environment, wonderful service! We will be back!

Grimm quickly won me over. He carefully listened to my haircut specifications and it came out great. I've been back there 4 times now. Good guy and great product.

I’m not sure what got lost in translation for my son’s hair but he came home in tears and embarrassed. I’m really not sure why they would let him leave looking like Lloyd Christmas. It’s literally a bowl haircut completely around his head. There was no mention of a bowl cut. Even for a bad haircut, it’s not even. I am going to have to take him somewhere else to correct it. We have been there before and no issues.

I have been seeing Christian and Britt for excellent haircuts for about 18 months and realized it is about time I thank them publicly for their great work. I started coming after a friend recommended Christian for his beard barbering skills, which were great when I had a fairly dense beard. He was able to give me some guidance about what was possible with the beard and mustache and it was super helpful. The beard and haircut pricing was way better than all other shops with experienced barbers. Britt cut my hair a couple of times and did a great job, despite my weak skills at describing the haircut I was after. She also knows a lot about cool sneakers and taught me a thing or two. The vibe and conversation were always something to look forward to. As I am about to move away to another town, one of my main regrets is simply: “I should have gotten a few more haircuts at redemption.”😞 Great tunes, cool dogs, and jokes for days. Enjoy this place.

I came here because if the high reviews, but was disappointed in my hair cut & have to say that they did not live up to the ratings. It’s a cool looking barbershop inside, I enjoyed watching the dogs & the conversation was okay. $33 for a haircut seemed pretty reasonable as well. I mentioned in my online booking that my hair takes a little bit longer than 30 minutes. When I got there they mentioned that they had over 10 years of experience cutting hair and that they could do it a lot quicker. It took them about 20 minutes to cut my hair, but when I got home the fade line was totally uneven and it was not blended at all. I had to try and fix it myself it was that bad. If you’re looking for a simple haircut, then this is an OK place to go, but if you’re looking for a nice skin fade, then I wouldn’t recommend it. Unfortunately I won’t go back.

Redemption was recommended to me from a friend, and have been going there since. I have thick, long, curly, and shaggy hair. I had a mullet growing, and refused to get a cut until I found the right person to do it. Britt and Christian both know how to use the scissors and get it done. Today I texted Britt to say thank you for my haircut because I loved it so much. I 10/10 recommend these two, especially with it being a small business! The shop has an amazing vibe and they’re all super friendly! They will not steer you wrong! Love this place.

This is the only place I get my haircut now. They always get it right. Usually have some walk-ins available, but I would recommend a reservation. Full barber services available.

This place is fantastic!! I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut today by Mattie, and she is amazing!! I went in looking like a yeti woken from hibernation and felt human again after I left. She has fantastic barber side manners and keeps the conversation going. She also is a perfectionist and takes her time. If you hve the opportunity to check this place out, do it!! Ask for Mattie!

Christian is a good man & a great barber. Redemption is a cool shop, where a guy can catch a close shave &/or cut without all the frilly bs of chains and mall chop shops. Not too mention, they always give you the cut you want, not the cut they think you need, like some of the other shops.
