Worst barber experience I’ve ever had, and way overpriced for the quality of service. I went in for a simple clean-up on the sides and back and made that very clear. Instead, Aaron cut my hair much shorter than I asked. Now everything is sticking up and the length is completely ruined. He also put an ice-cold towel over my face. I’ve heard of hot towel shaves and hot towel line-ups, but never an ice-cold towel. I couldn’t even see what he was doing until it was too late. To make matters worse, he cut my skin while lining up my beard and mustache. He used a straight razor with no shaving cream, no gel, nothing — just a dry razor on skin. That’s careless and unprofessional. I asked for a clean-up, not a haircut, and definitely not to be cut. Overpriced and very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Aaron.

I paid 40 for this disappointment I asked for a trim an inch or two off and he took way more off. I told him take some of the weight off and now there’s nothing left. He started cutting. I don’t know what else to say. Horrible haircut didn’t stop to ask if it was way i wanted it he just started. and only let me see it whenever he was finished. He just took out the clippers and started shaving my head and I was just trying to be nice and you know trusting him with my hair and he just completely messed up my hair. My bangs are uneven, I got pricked. for a 4+ rated place very disappointing nice dude i guess.

Thank you guys! Several barbers there have cut my hair. I have had great experiences with them all. Jose (the owner) is my go to. He does a great job trimming my beard also. Much better than I do.

Alan did a fantastic job trimming and shaping my beard. He took his time and really looked at what he was doing before actually cutting anything, which I really respected since I was trying to retain the length I had when I came in. I called about an hour ahead of time and they were able to accommodate me. They were busy when I got there and very professional. Although I didn't get a haircut today, they also had people that were there just getting haircuts which also looked good.

Went once, and I'll never be back. I made it abundantly clear that I wanted a long undercut. Basically a cleanup, since I grow my hair out to donate it and wanted to maintain most of my length. I explained this clearly and thought we were on the same page, but he instantly went at my head with clippers. I was so shocked all I could do was sit and wait. Only came here because I wanted to get my beard trimmed and tamed and figured I would get the hair cleaned up. Instead I lost about 6 months of growth in an instant. And still got charged $55 for a $20 service. The positive reviews must be friends of the barbers.

I have been to Beard Boss approximately five times, and have had a great experience each time. My go to barber for my beard is hand Sergio. He takes his time to make sure you get exactly what you came for. His skills with the clippers is phenomenal. If you need your Beard tried or styled check out Sergio. He also has a plethora of beard products he can apply afterwards. Important to note be sure you schedule an appointment and show up on time because the crew here stays busy. I've found it best to make sure I have my appointment when I need it and show up a little early. Walk-ins are welcome but the wait time might be long. You won't be disappointed if you need your Beard trim, cut, styled if you check out Sergio. There are other great barbers here but he is the guy I like using.

Professionals. I’ve been to barbers all across Texas. Gave me exactly what I wanted. Got me in on a bad weather day. Excellent conversation. Excellent experience. I’ll be back before I’m on to the next.

I brought my newly five-year-old in for a walk-in the day before picture school day. Joel was AMAZING to my son and gave him the most handsome haircut. He shared with me that he’s a barber and a cosmetologist and I’m telling y’all, I’ve never seen anyone give my son a more precise haircut (and we’ve tried a lot of barbershops). He took his time and truly took pride in his work. He didn’t rush through the haircut to get a kid out of his chair. Joel even took the time to show me how to style his hair. My son left with so much confidence and asks me to style his hair “like his haircut” every morning. I 100% recommend Beard Boss Barbershop for your kiddo, over any other barber, including kids cut places. The barber shop was also very clean and my son left with no foreign-to-him colored hair on him, which has always been a problem at other places. 10/10 recommend. We found our new barber and couldn’t be more thankful!
