Worst haircut of my life. The hard part is not straight,the hair is very uneven and choppy. The hair on top is cut a very different lengths from front to back.

James is truly something special. He took the time to understand my boyfriends hair type, learn his interests, acknowledge other people and hold multiple conversations, while maintaining his focus on his client. He truly is a kind soul and was/is worth every penny spent. God Bless him and I hope this comment does him well. Keep up the good work. Note: He takes time making sure his people leave looking their best, he doesn't rush his services, that's worth it's weight in gold.

I recently moved from California and had a tough time finding a barbershop I could call home. My initial experience at a different barbershop was disappointing; they butchered my boys' haircuts. I was hesitant to try District Barbershop NRH, but I decided to call and schedule an appointment. The gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly. I don't regret calling in to When we arrived for our appointment, we were greeted with warm smiles. The shop was incredibly clean. Eddie did an amazing job with my son's haircut; he took his time and was very gentle. Robbie was also fantastic—she engaged well with my oldest son, and she was sweet and careful with his haircut as well. Both Eddie and Robbie executed my boys' haircuts perfectly. Definitely bringing my boys back!

Highly recommend Eddy. Had a really great experience. He took his time and made sure to get me right. Beard work and fade came out perfect just how I like and this was only his first time cutting my hair.

We've never gotten a good cut here. We always show a picture to the barber and never get a cut that remotely resembles the picture. Just say you don't know how to do that style or that cut. Tired of paying $50 for weird haircuts. Taking our business elsewhere. Literally Sports Clips is better.

My son got a messed up haircut at a different place. Geo helped fix it and we were so impressed with the outcome. He spent time blending the hair and was so kind. Will be recommending the shop and Geo to others. I also noticed how professional and kind every other barber was while we were there.

This place does a great job with your hair and will give you the time needed to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. Their appointment system, however, is terribly flawed. A warning: if you have multiple people needing haircuts and make appointments in the same transaction for "First Available," rather than assigning each person to a different barber as they become available, they will assign ALL OF YOU to the SAME BARBER, and you must then wait until each person in your group is done for the next person to go. I made this mistake with myself and my two boys. Made appointments for us for 11am. They took the first of us at 11:45. In that time, several barbers finished their cuts and then called new arrivals over for their haircut, or just went out to lunch. My barber apologized and said he'd talked to the other barbers about it earlier, but none of them took any of us. I write this over 2 hours after our appointment times, and I still have not been seen. This is going to eat up almost half of my workday. If you have multiple people who need haircuts here and don't particularly care who your barber is, you're best off to make appointments for them in *different* transactions, and that should assign you to the TRUE "first available" barber. Again, they do excellent work. But they don't seem to care too much who has been waiting longer than others.

I tried this place out on recommendation from my long-time friend, and I'll be coming back. When we walked in we were welcomed, verified name and appointment, as well as letting us know they had multiple options as far as refreshments went while we waited. (The coffee pod selection was also pretty impressive. It wasn't your ordinary every day cheap k-cup brands. Whoever orders them puts in the extra effort) The atmosphere in here is also great. They had good music going, the lighting wasn't harsh as some places can be, and the barbers seem to genuinely want to help each other when they can. We noticed instead of doing only their chair when hair would need to be swept, it was done from one side of the shop to the other. Hot towels were restocked during our time in there and you could hear the appreciation going around from one barber to the other. My girlfriend was very comfortable during my cut and was able to make a joke or two with Joe and myself from where she sat. I was in there for a while so for her to feel welcomed and not have to wait in the car was nice. Where District stands out from other shops: Joe did a great job with the cut itself, taking his time where it mattered and making sure he didn't miss anything. My hair is really thick and curly and sometimes I'll have random strands left out that were missed. He took his time to go over each angle of my head so that didn't happen. I also have an issue with barbers not listening to me when I say to be gentle on the back of my neck with the razors as my skin is sensitive. No problem with that here! As a final touch Joe went around and was diligent about getting all the stray hairs off me. I hope to make this my new go to barbershop.

We went as a walk in and had fantastic service from Jo. It was our first time. He took great care of my curly headed 5 year old boy who had a big ask for a “Patrick Mahomes” hair cut with longer sides. Jo was so kind to him and worked his magic! We’ll be back!

Came here yesterday with my buddy who is being married today. Have to say the level of professionalism from this barbershop is unmatched! Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Complimentary drinks. And Pablo did an AMAZING job! It was actually my first time ever having my beard done professionally and I was really nervous. Pablo took such good care of both of us! Thank you Pablo and District barbershop for everything!
