Nadia did a wonderful job. I'm not the best at describing what I want done with my hair. But she understood the assignment I went in feeling like I looked terrible. Came out feeling like I looked great. 10 out of 10 experience

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bazooka Charlie’s in North Richland Hills was an awesome experience from start to finish. Jazmine was absolutely amazing and did a phenomenal job—super professional, friendly, and made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. They offer free drinks, which is a really nice touch, and I truly appreciated the military discount—that kind of support never goes unnoticed. Another big plus is their monthly memberships, which actually save you a significant amount of money if you plan on coming regularly. It’s a great value and definitely worth looking into. The atmosphere was great and everything felt well-run and welcoming. Highly recommend booking your reservation a few days in advance if you can, because this place is clearly popular for a reason. I’ll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend Bazooka Charlie’s to anyone looking for great service and a top-notch experience. 👏💯

They have a few good stylists/ barbers, lots of rotation and lower quality with more Jr stylists . But their membership is not worth it, you need to move your appointment (even as long standing member)? Not a chance, pay $20 for moving it PLUS the cost for your new appointment.

We’ve refunded your late cancellation fee as a courtesy, as we strive to do good business, something we’re proud of and that’s reflected in the consistent ratings across all of our locations.<br><br>That said, a bit of context is important. When an appointment is missed or moved on short notice, that time was reserved specifically for you, and the barber loses the opportunity to earn during that slot. Our policies are in place to protect our team’s time and livelihood, not to create unnecessary penalties. Allowing appointments to be missed or moved without consequence would be unfair to the professionals who rely on those scheduled times and would disrupt a time based schedule for all of our clients.<br><br>Regarding your comment about “lower quality” or “junior” stylists, the facts don’t fully align with that assessment. Based on your booking history, you have almost exclusively seen experienced team members with more than 2+ years of tenure with our brand, including our management staff and other highly requested barbers. When we do have newer team members, they typically join us with five plus years of prior professional experience. This location is staffed with an exceptionally strong team.<br><br>It’s completely fair if the membership is not the right fit for you. Our policies have been in place for years and are applied consistently to ensure fairness for both our guests and our team.<br><br>We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.

Spoiled. I felt spoiled. I called to make an appointment the same day for a hot towel shave and was squeezed in a few hours later. After a great trim up job on my beard, the real work started. Several hot towels and creams and lotions lubed up the skin for a smooth for a very professional straight razor shave. I was very happy with the results. It was amazing!

I started coming here when a former stylist was here and best hair cut I have ever had! Now I have been blessed with finding Hannah. She is very detail and I'm very happy every time I walk away.

Do not go to this place if you want to be seen at your appointment time. I arrive 20 minutes and checked in before my schedule appointment time and nobody even spoke to me for 40 minutes. I finally went up to see what was going on and they gave me zero explanation as to what was happening and said that all they could do is reschedule me on another day. Absolutely terrible service.

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience a delay, especially when you arrive early for your appointment.<br><br>TToday is one of our busiest days of the year, and while that is not an excuse, it does provide context for how quickly schedules can be impacted when earlier appointments run long or staffing needs shift unexpectedly. That said, you absolutely should have been communicated with sooner, and we apologize that this did not happen.<br><br>When delays reach a point where we cannot provide the level of service we expect for our clients, we choose to offer rescheduling rather than rush an appointment. Unfortunately, our schedule was already fully booked before the day began, and a staffing adjustment combined with an earlier service running longer than expected caused the delay. Our priority is delivering quality service every time, not cutting corners.<br><br>We do want to note that you have been in with us multiple times, and we truly appreciate that. We must be doing something right, and we hope you might grant us a bit of grace on an unusually hectic day. I had a great experience with the staff and getting my haircut. Lenda did a great job at cutting my hair, I appreciate how detailed and thr effort she put in to cutting my hair.

Randi is the absolute B E S T !! She did such a great job with my son, even did great about interacting with him, and keeping him entertained and engaging with him (he’s 4). Absolutely amazing. We will DEFINITELY be back.
