I visited this barbershop for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Barber ‘T’ absolutely nailed my haircut—he was incredibly patient and made sure everything was perfect. I loved the final look! The service here is awesome, and the added touch of offering a free soda or beer while you wait is a great bonus. I’m definitely coming back here for my next haircut. T is the guy to go to!

I went to this location since it was closer to home compared to the one I usually went to. I came in to get my dreads cut for a fresh start on my head, as I've done before even when I used to have dreads long enough to rich my shoulders then, and they did an incredible job that time. I was confident in who works at Diesel in being able to handle my hair, as they have in the past, but after over an hour with Amber, I did not recieve the same professional experience I was given with my last visit. After being told she took too long on my hair, I left with my haircut unfinished and my hairline disproportionate. I also never got the full Diesel Plus package I ended up paying for in full to begin with. They let me leave with an unfinished haircut rather than the desired style I was asked for. Thankfully they gave me a refund for the unfinished service. And while I understood the slight difficulty that my hair may have been or posed, I still felt like I could return here confident I'd be taken care of same as before. But that wasn't the case this time around. I don't see myself coming back here in the future.

We are sorry that we fell short of your expectations and our standards. It was your stylist's first time to do a dread cut and work with matted hair such as yours. She was eager to please and take on the task. In hindsight, we should have declined the service and scheduled you with someone familiar and experienced, like 'T' the Barber. Had we not been fully booked for the day, we could have turned you to another qualified stylist to finish the job. <br>We’ll take this as a learning experience and address the situation with the stylist involved to ensure a smoother experience for future clients. Should you decide to give us another shot, we’d be happy to go the extra mile to make it right—if not, we wish you the best with your future hair adventures.

Been getting my cuts from this establishment for a year and a half now, love it! Always walked out feeling better. My guy “T” always gets me the best cut looking fresh tight, in fact we’ve experimented with a few different hairstyles at different hair lengths at different times and every time without fail, I Look Good Feel Good!

I have been coming to this barber shop for well over two years now and I love this place! I highly recommend you book an appointment with Tianna, shes super friendly and helpful. One day I came into the shop and she worked with me for over an hour to find what style I was going for and I haven’t used another barber since! That’s how good she is!

What a great establishment! This is definitely a barbershop to check out! I brought my son in with Justin, he did an amazing job cutting his hair! I’ve never seen him so comfortable getting a haircut. Aside from the haircut, the atmosphere is top notch! I would absolutely recommend checking out Justin and the rest of the crew at Diesel if you’re looking for a new place for your routine haircut!

Love coming here to get my hair cut. Adam, Tianna and the crew always take great care of me. Place is always sparkling clean, people are friendly and you can get a beer, soda and water while you wait (and even during your haircut). I get nothing but amazing service and great haircuts here. I highly recommend this barbershop to any guy who likes great haircuts and even better service.

Another 5 star haircut at diesel McKinney from T. This barber is dedicated, friendly, entertaining and gave me an awesome haircut! I know each time is going to get better and better. Fantastic spot. Tianna is phenomenal and gives the best cuts in town and as far as barbers go I could not recommend her more. If you have any doubts just go and ask for her she will have you leaving with having gotten top tier service and looking like a million bucks. The amount of compliments I get on my cuts from her with long or short hair have been innumerable. You will not leave unsatisfied in any way. This is a highly flattering compliment as I have wild thick curly hair which is almost untamable and she somehow cuts it flawlessly each time.

If you are looking for a new local barber shop, look no further. I highly recommend. Easy online booking/calendar holds (with text communication/reminders), great atmosphere/people, free local beer with a cut, and a free old school arcade if the kids opt to ride along. Historically, I’ve been a nomad with barbershops. But I highly recommend this place. It’s as much a treat as it is a cut. Tianna has done such a great job with my hair, that I trusted her to start trimming and shaping my beard. She also does a great line up with a straight razor. It’s nice having a second set of trusted hands and eyes to keep it trim and straight.
