Travis is amazing, such a genuinely nice person, really cares about making sure customers leave feeling good about the way they look and hopefully an esteem boost along with it. Always a joy to talk with too! I’ve become a regular at Cool Heads thanks to Travis, I drive to a location a bit further from where I live after they started working at the Custer location vs the Warren one, just so I can keep getting my hair and beard taken care of by Travis, they are the best!

I had such a great experience with Travis! He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel totally comfortable the whole appointment. I went in for a cut and color, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The cut lays perfectly and is so easy to style, and the color is exactly what I was hoping for. He clearly knows what he’s doing and pays attention to the little details.

Jourdan is hands-down the best Hairdresser I've met in Texas since moving here from North Carolina three years ago. She is kind, patient, and just as importantly, does an incredibly brilliant job. She wonderfully fulfills the role of partial therapist and barber. 💈 🙏 💯

Jourdan is amazing! My son and I have been getting our haircuts with her, and every time the result is perfect. She is extremely attentive to details and always takes her time to make sure everything looks just right. You can really tell she cares about the quality of her work and about her clients. The experience is always comfortable, professional, and consistent. It’s hard to find a stylist you can fully trust, and Jordan is definitely one of them. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Cool Heads for over a year now. The specific reason I have been going is for their stylist named Travis. Travis is always in a good mood and very friendly. They make me smile everytime I visit and I have never received I haircut I didn't love.

As always my experience with Jordan at Cool Heads was fantastic! She has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now and I will NOT go to anyone else. She is always very friendly,professional and treats me as if I were her only customer. 👍👍👍👍

Jourdan is excellent. After many years of failed attempts in finding someone to cut my boys hair acceptably we finally did with Jourdan! She has now been cutting their hair for a few years and my out of state college kid comes back just to get his hair cut from her! She is so sweet and excellent at her job. I definitely recommend Jourdan!

Cool Head Barber Shop is awesome! The barbers really take their time to make sure your cut looks perfect, and they actually listen to what you want. The shop is clean, chill, and has a great vibe, you can tell they care about their customers. Definitely one of the best places around for a clean fade or fresh style. All staff are really nice and Sara is one of the best there. Highly recommend!

I had an exceptional experience with my hairstylist Abby! She did an amazing job helping me decide what I wanted and talking me through the process, and she executed it phenomenally! My hair has loads of texture and layers just like I wanted, and the face framing is ✨️perfect✨️! Thank you Abby!!
