this is my second review on this company and it doesnt seem to get better; if you look at my previous review from my business page Wethebarbers you’ll understand this review as well. Early december i was “refunded “ for the second time off the saber pre order that. was never delivered and was told by the owner they dont have them and probably wont again….it is now january 16th with 0 refund; $533 paid to this company on september 26th….3.5 months of holding my money, 0 response in email and when i do get one 6 days later its the same exact email as before; the owner blocked me on social media and refuses to speak to me about his companys problem; if you want to get robbed for your money, definitely order from this place. Absolute horrible customer service, horrible attitude from the owner, horrible email representatives; no one likes to answer until you put their business on social media

Placed a $533 pre order on 9/26 for the white saver combo; legitimately waited a month and a half while they had them being sold individually on their website but combo still said pre order? after 2 months of no updates, not 1 email or message answered, i was told i couldnt be refunded on a pre order just store credit…so i asked since they were in stock if i could just order them separately which i did; ordering separately was $517 opposed to $533 for a combo? whats the purpose of a combo if its more expensive…anyway, the owner devonte called me yesterday because the only way they respond is when i tag them in a story on social media and they dont like the narrative; long story short devonte told me they dont even have the white sabers in stock….and would issue me a full refund immediately (which i was told for 2 months i couldnt do) or give me a different machine..gave him my order number at 8pm yesterday and still have-not heard back whatsoever: basically they are STILL taking $533 from people for this pre order combo they don’t wont have in stock…i personally know 8 people waiting for the same thing with the same trash customer service; as a business owner myself, the level of underwhelming customer service for a company with 200k followers is horrible; literally just scamming people out of their money

In person works best from what social media shows. When it comes to purchasing items online, their shipping and customer service through email is honestly low tier service. Took them 3 months to ship my stuff and provided an incorrect tracking number. Never got my item and had to submit a charge dispute.

Wife ordered my stuff months ago. Spent hella , zero update with no response on email and thru phone calls. This business is a complete scam, never again. Pretty sure that goes against the fair credit billing act, don’t order from this company just go to the direct source. I will post again once my order does come and show timeframes on how long it takes.

This place is the best! Barbershop and a place to shop for all your supplies. Owner is always nice and attentive whenever we stop by. I don’t live close by here but this is the place I come to shop for supplies! Will always be back!!!!

Everything I order was perfect except my babyliss clipper came broken I didn’t notice right of the box until my second cut notice clipper got extremely hot and the lever was not working well i took the blade off and this is what I came across with just disappointing honesty

I ordered clippers over two weeks ago. I have not received them. They have said “label created awaiting shipment carrier” for over a week now. When you call the store it just says to leave a message so I have done that several times. I just went up to the store and the guy at the front said he has no clue cause he is just covering a shift or whatever. So here I sit over two weeks no clippers and out of my hundred something dollars.

First time here && I was impressed. I went in blind, new to clipper cuts with an EXTREMELY old pair of clippers. Bryan was so helpful!! He pointed me in the right direction and educated me on how certain clippers and trimmers worked. He also taught me more about after shave (clearly, I don't have a beard). I had a first great experience. I'll definitely be back Update: location moved to a much larger location. The setup is awesome. Once again, the employees are extremely helpful and friendly.
