Have been coming here for about 3 years already, at first I was iffy because it was a new spot for my children and I, specially with having a special needs child whom sometimes requires extra patience and love which I understand myself can be stressful at times but they do their best and work with us!! My family and I come at least 2-3 times a month! Erika always does a great job surprising me with my hair also as I am someone who knows almost nothing about hair dye/colors. I always leave satisfied! IF I have an issue they always do their best in their ability to fix the issue! You'll be treated like family! Take your time and get to know them you won't regret coming! 😌 (This is coming from someone whom is EXTREMELY picky at haircuts)

Always a great experience! Great group of ladies. Very professional and I highly recommend them. No one touches my hair but Las 3 Princesas. I've been coming here for a few years now and I wouldn't have it any other way.

First time I’ve had a problem at this location. I’ve been here 3 times. The usual lady that cuts my sons hair is really sweet but she was busy today. The new lady we had to see was Not kid friendly, very rude, and did not clean her clippers after her last use. She did not have patience for kids and she had her own kid running around without supervision. Very unprofessional. I waited over 30 minutes for my sons turn she rudely told me if my child was not used to hair cuts then “ay que le quede como me salga”….basically she didn’t care. Before even greeting me she rudely said “asi es cómo trabajo si El Niño no se deja no es mi culpa.” “This is how I work, if the boy doesn’t let me cut his hair then it’s not my fault how it comes out.” I understand if you don’t want to deal with children and that’s fine if you tell me you’re not comfortable or have the experience but don’t be rude. From a mother to another mother you should understand patience is key with children.
