Lack of communication. Weekly appointments were canceled without follow-up. Along with showing up to the scheduled appointment, the barber was not present. I showed the other barber my scheduled appointment, and still, there was no follow-up after I left. Simple etiquette.

The barber cave hosted a back to school free haircut and when I say it was amazing!!! The were organized, on time, friendly, and provided additional giveaways we were not even expecting!!! We will definitely be back!! My boys just knew they were too handsome!!!

DO NOT GO TO LARRO!!! My barber was out for surgery so i had to find a new barber … I set an appointment with Larro for a beard/ haircut. He did a horrible job. He was not confident in anything he was doing, even though i brought in pictures of exactly what my barber did 2 weeks before. After the cut he said “this is the best i’m going to get it”. When i left i stopped one of his coworkers in the parking lot to see if she could help because she did a great job on the beard of her last client, she said she didn’t have time so i left … After i left he marked me as a no show on the app so i couldn’t leave a review ! i am going to blast this review wherever i can. Shady as hell. i would not recommend anyone go to this guy!

I been coming to the barber cave since they opened. My stylist been doing my hair fir 20 plus year. The professionalism and the type of service you receive is type tier. They put their customers 1st. They offer not only beauty and barber services, but it's a family environment and it's a vibe. Don't hesitate to make that call or send that text for your next look. If you want to look your best you have to contact the Barber Cave!

I love the Barber Cave! My stylist has my hair looking so great that two of my friends now go to her. If you need a barber or stylist and want to be the one that turns heads, try them out; you won't be disappointed.

Line King was extremely professional and got me right! I was nervous to be a walk-in and risk trying a new barber to cut my hair. I have been getting my haircut for years and even though I travel a lot I stay loyal to the same barber but I was in a difficult position and wanted to start the new year on a good foot. The total service I experienced at the Barber Cave was above and beyond my expectations. This location is conveniently located and the Line King truly delivered. I'm glad I took the risk. Thank you and I will be back

The Barber Cave is one of them cool barbershops with a laid back atmosphere. The shop definitely has a professional feel and vibe to it. The barber chairs, booth setups, floor and interior decorating all match. It's a Black barbershop but there was also a new Caucasian gentleman customer getting faded up as I was making book sales. I watched without looking the interaction he and the lady Barber were having and it seemed like he was enjoying himself. A barbershop isn't just a place to come and get a hair cut but it's also historically been a place to go and chill, relax and also participate in meaningful dialogue. “The Barbercave” is hands down the best barbershop in the Dallas metroplex. I’ve never been to a barbershop as a woman and felt completely comfortable in my surroundings. One thing I worry about the most is the choice of music or the company (people) the shop has; but that’s not an issue at this establishment at all. The choice of music is respectful for all ages (children included) and the environment is exceeding the expectations of the “perfect” barbershop. The master barber better known by as “Dee Kutt-Punisha” is absolutely brilliant when it comes to barbering. His level of professionalism is top tier and my haircuts are always astounding. I’ve never had a haircut so precise in my life!!! To the owner “Trill” you have done an amazing job at providing a warm and welcoming environment and providing the DFW with talent like no other. What I like most about this shop is the level of skill and professionalism. My barber “Trill” makes my cut feel like a “self care” routine. From hot towels, to shampooing and conditioning before the cut.. the consistency, quality and environment is what keeps me coming back.
