Walked in this past Saturday morning round 9:30 to get a cut were I pulled out a 100 dollar bill to pay for service I was told that they didn't take them well I sat my money dwn on counter jus before one of the stylist asked to see my hair once I turnt around to get ready to go get change my 100 bill jus disappeared out the front lobby with only workers in the area I was gone forget about it but the way it was done I need to know who took my money in my face I really think I know who did but before I do the police report I need to see the cameras so I know who did something so low down to a customer right in my face

I called earlier in the day and asked what it takes to enroll & the woman on the phone told me to come and apply in person. Asked what time they close & she told me 7pm. I show up at 5:45 and the woman is cleaning the door but wouldn’t open it. I will be going elsewhere. Absolutely trash and unprofessional. I wish I could leave NO stars!

I was a student here but transferred somewhere closer to my home that offered part time. Just wanted to say this is a great school. It’s not a fancy area but don’t let that deter you. it’s a great school with fantastic instructors. Shout out to Miss Liz who goes above and beyond to help students succeed. She genuinely cares about and believes in her students and it shows.

I went here like every other day. I’ve been coming here for five years. I paid my fee to enter. I got my ticket. I sat down. I waited patiently one of the barbers Female, she told me I got you. I’m a cut your hair all right cool bet sat down she hit me with that it’s gonna be $25 on cash app because I charge cash app. I was like what I’ve been coming here for years. I didn’t tell her this, but I thought it in my head. I’ve been coming here for years, I’ve never been charged like that, after that, she’s like well if you don’t want it, you can get another one. I got another barber said he didn’t know how to cut my hair because I had straight hair. He said he only knew how to cut (African American hair) and Miss Moreno got mad because I took her out of her little office and asked for a refund and I was given her my complaints. She did not like that and she’s got started giving me an attitude. What kind of customer service places is this you guys need to fix that. But then again, it’s my fault. I really just got to pay the $30 for a haircut, professional! Do not recommend!!

I Paid for a 6 month membership to get hair done every week. I go every two weeks and always have trouble getting a person to do my hair. I went today and was told to come back another day, no one is available. The instructor was available, but chose not to do my hair. I would advise females not to buy membership, because service is not good for hair styling.

My fiance and I went there on a Saturday afternoon just on a whim. He was in desperate need of a haircut and mentioned stopping by for a quick cut rather than going to his normal shop because we were in the area. We stopped in and he was quickly tended to by Giovanni (I think this is his name but I could be wrong. He's a young looking Latino man). He was very attentive to his requests and was careful, listened to his needs and how he wanted his hair shaved including the back. I had talking about having a line shaved onto the side of my head for more than a year but always backed out or avoided getting it done. After speaking with Giovanni for some time he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and I just decided to just go for it and do it feeling very safe and comfortable in his hands and with his advice. I would recommend this shop and especially Giovanni. HesH amazing with men and women and knows what he's doing. This is a great school and would recommend it to anyone for any type of style they're needing. Giovanni is the absolute best and I'm so happy that I waited for him when taking this leap of trying a new style!!!

Great haircut for a great price while allowing someone the opportunity to fine tune their skills. Definitely recommend stopping in here and asking for Russell. He is the man!

Great place for a quick cheap haircut. Has been $3 Tuesday & Wednesday. $5 the rest of the week. It is a school where they do not teach customer service. But if you are nice to them they are usually nice back. But ask for an instructor (which maybe hard to find) and they will help with getting someone to cut your hair. Sometimes the instructor will even stand there the whole time. You get to put in once a month for a drawing for a big flat screen TV. But only enter drawing once a month. They also do exfoliating facials. Facials have always been great and relaxing in the private room. Sometimes two help each other. They might do nails.
