I visit Dallas frequently for business and needed a quick trim while in town for our awards night that evening. This barbershop was the closest option to my hotel, so I decided to give it a try. While I can’t speak for the other barbers at the shop, my experience with Will the barber was extremely disappointing—easily one of if not the worst haircut I’ve ever received. I paid $52 for a haircut / skin fade and beard shape-up. I specifically asked for a small trim on top, a medium skin fade, and a number one on my beard with a clean razor shape-up. Without confirming or checking with me, how much hair I wanted of the top of my head, Will immediately began shaving a significant amount hair off the top of my head with clippers not scissors which no other barber has done when I ask for a little bit of the top, and I get a trim weekly. This was far more hair than I have ever had removed from the top, and it left no room to properly line up the front of my fringe afterward. The haircut itself was uneven, the hairline was poorly shaped, and the beard work was very disappointing. The line under my chin was barely defined, and the overall shape-up looked unfinished. I wish never walked in. I left feedback on the square up app because I was genuinely unhappy with the service, and the response I received from Will (shown in the photo) only reinforced my dissatisfaction and unprofessionalism from him. I won’t be returning to him or that barber shop due to Will. While I’ve seen positive reviews for other barbers at this shop, I couldn’t find any for Will—which, in hindsight, may have been a red flag. He was also the only barber available for a walk-in appointment that day another red flag.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been going to LosDallasBarber for 3 years now and he always gets me right. Super professional, friendly, and really takes his time to make sure the fade and lineup come out clean every time. If you’re looking for a barbershop in Downtown Dallas with quality haircuts, top-tier customer service, and someone who truly cares about their craft, Los is the guy. I highly recommend him to anyone in the Dallas area needing a fresh cut!

My brother always gets his cuts here and they do such a great job every single time! Z-Blendz is super consistent, detail-oriented, and really knows how to get the style right. He always leaves looking sharp and feeling confident. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable barber who takes pride in their work!

Highly recommend Ninety Degrees Barbershop Reserved, if you want a great cut. I booked an appointment with Zirrius multiple times and he’s very good at doing CPR on my hairline. I always go back. He’s got a great personality and enjoy the service.

Awesome friendly shop! By far one of the best shops I've been to since moving to Dallas, all the Barbers are cool and down to earth! My boy "Line King" has gotten me right every time I've been in!! Wish I could have this shop sooner!

Amazing experience and fresh cut! Carlos took his time to hear me out on the style I wanted and then gave me some ideas on what might be best. If you want a barber that cares about his client’s and is laser focused on giving you the best cut, then Carlos is the man!

I came to Los for a last minute haircut, and he was able to attend to me, even though it was after hours. Los did an amazing job and he will be definitely a repeat Barber I will be going to. He knows how to listen, have attention to detail, and has a great personality to the overall service. Keep up the great job!

Pretty much you're always going to walk out of here feeling very demure and sexy. I’ve been going to Carlos for over a year now, who is very talented when it comes to being a barber! I never walk out of the shop not feeling confident, cause Carlos ensures you look your best. I want to give credit to all the other barbers at this location as well, as they’re all uniquely talented, very kind, and VERY funny! Sometimes I can’t even stay still from giggling, but, that’s what makes the experience fun! Also, this new location is so beautiful and modern that I couldn’t be happier for its success. -Chris

I'm in Dallas for a week for business. I stumbled upon this place as a walk in. Demetrius was available and man I'll tell you, he's got hands. Very skilled and artistic. I get haircuts once a week and am very particular about my cut. The fade was spot on and the line was on point. The shop was clean and modern. Good customer service and fairly priced. Appreciate the stories D! I'll definitely be back here when I'm in town.

Carlos did an above and beyond job on my haircut. I had left the barbershop satisfied and wanting what I had requested. The shop is also nice and represents a good run business. I also to reschedule last minute because I was busy in the morning but he was more than happy to fill me into his tight schedule. I would definitely recommend this guy if you are new to the DFW area and get a smooth cut from my boy Carlos.
