Andrea R. absolutely killed it. She took the time to truly understand what I wanted and delivered exactly what I envisioned in my head. I walked out of the place feeling like a million bucks! lol She asked thoughtful questions, assessed my hair texture and cowlicks, and made sure the cut would work with my natural growth pattern. She is professional, funny, personable, and incredibly skilled. She even went out of her to give me one of the best straight razor lineups I've ever had! She’s not just talented, she’s someone who clearly takes pride in her craft and represents the shop at a high level. Whether you're looking for a new barber or once in a lifetime experience, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Andrea, her attention to detail and level of care is something you don't see often. I will definitely be back lol

My original haircut at this location was so bad that I had to call and speak with the manager afterward. To her credit, the manager was very gracious — she issued a refund and promised that a new haircut would fix the issue. I recently relocated to Dallas, so to avoid any confusion, my regular barber back home provided photos of my previous haircut to show exactly what I wanted. I brought those photos with me and clearly explained the request during my second visit, which was meant to correct the first cut. Despite this, the stylist only cut the sides and refused to touch the top at all, even though it was clearly part of the style shown in the photos. This was not a misunderstanding — it was a refusal. This experience showed that this shop does not follow the direction of the customer and instead does what the stylist wants. Refusing to complete a requested haircut, especially during a corrective appointment, is unacceptable. While I appreciate the manager’s professionalism, the service itself failed twice, and I will not be returning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough great things about Santiago at Floyd’s Barbershop here in Dallas! Every visit is consistently top-notch — his attention to detail is unmatched, and I always leave feeling like my best self. Santiago truly takes pride in his craft, and it shows in the care and precision he puts into every cut. He and Reena are the heart of this location. Their professionalism, skill, and genuine connection with their customers make the entire experience feel personal, not just transactional. You can tell they love what they do and value every person who sits in their chair. Floyd’s leadership should know how lucky they are to have such talented and authentic people representing their brand. Santiago and Reena are the reason I keep coming back — they make every visit feel like catching up with family while getting an incredible haircut.

Let me say this I take responsibility as a black guy who knew better than to go to a chain barbershop for a cut but damn, this dude didn’t even try. I was in his chair for 14 minutes. I’ve never had a cut end in 14 mins so you can only guess the lackluster, no attention to detail, no heart that went into this cut. My guy didn’t even once put a brush to my hair. On top of that the way he behaved with the liners on my head should be considered criminal and I get some barbers are comfortable cutting a certain style of hair but either say that or here’s an idea try. My head is so easy, I told him wave length no fade no taper and line my mustache which he didn’t do. I asked for straight gentlemen’s cut and he was anything but one. He had no interest in making me a loyal customer and I’m fine with that.. But Barbers are like doctors and the first rule is: DO NO HARM. Man I never leave reviews and if I do it’s at request and it’s one of praise. I know service—I AM SERVICE. So I know when someone is giving me a shady raw deal. I won’t name names, but my guy find some class and do better. I would have been ok if I didn’t like the cut but knew that you at least tried.

Came in today as a walk in and front desk service was amazing! I got a haircut done by I believe her name is Jamil. She was literally amazing and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! Due to school staring so soon and daycare closing I had to bring my son along with me and she was so understanding and patient with my situation. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a fresh cut! She listened and understood everything I wanted and had reasonable prices. I got so many compliments after leaving from the barbershop and Will definitely be returning!! Thank you so much for making me feel confident within myself! Can’t wait to return!!🤎🤎

Carina was above and beyond. Did a fantastic job with my hair. I felt valued and took the time to take care of me. I came for a trim, and she added a beautiful soft layer on the bottom of my hair. She finished the service with a blowout, and now I feel fabuloso. I recommend her expertise to anyone who wants to get a professional haircut. I love it, TY 💕

Would you like to get your hair screwed for ONLY $34+tips? Then this is the place for you! Got it done with Anthony and I asked him to get it cut short on the sides and back but that my hair if cut too short, will rise and on the front to cut it slightly short. The guy just uses a hair clipper and goes up and down real high on the right and on left only a little and not once did he use scissors. The left and right don't match, the right is too short that hair on right side rises up in the air and left side has strands of hair that are too long. I can't believe I paid even $5 for this. What did I walk into? A barber training session for beginners? This is the worst haircut I've ever got in my life and I'm usually not a guy who cares about haircuts. I am actually going to have to go to another barber shop tomorrow and try to salvage this.
