I been going to Dooneys Academy Barber school for quite some time. Tony T has been cutting my hair for awhile and he's never missed a beat. He's the one I go to all the time. I enjoy the cleanness of the school. The atmosphere is nice. The most thing I enjoy is being greeted when I walk in. The receptionist Queen is the best in making sure that when people come in they are well taken care of. I will be back. You should come and experience for yourself.

I've been going to Dooney's Barber & Beauty Academy for years and every time I go it has been a great experience. The customer service is ALWAYS great! They greet everyone when they walk in the door and my barber Mr. Tony has been cutting me for years. He always takes care of me and gives me a great and nice haircut. The vibe is so cool and laid back and it's always so clean in there! I love that they keep it clean and professtional in there. Older crowd vibe with great R & B and Neo-Soul music and large TVs every where if u love sports. I WILL ALWAYS be back! 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

I took my son here& should had followed "norm protocol"on to Persona Lounge to Melvin!! Qua did not do a great job on his head, his fade is NOT tapered nor blended@all just a cut off🙄. For the$30...we missed making an appointment with Persona. But+$20more (wats normally paid)wouldn't have hurt @all, being said u get exactly what u pay for! Horrible job for my buck still. Then I call the receptionist with the red mohawkish fade & she played lost for what i was saying that SHE referred us to upon arrival & whom we were,just from Monday..its Thursday & now suffers memory lapse,a nasty attitude, & unprofessionalism. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANY HERE FOR BUSINESS &THE TREATMENT RECIEVED. AS WELL AS SHE REPEATEDLY HARRASSED my device 4 times after i tried to talk to her on my first call& told her to have a great day..not to worry we won't be returning ever!!👎🏽👎🏽&10 toes down we R anyone i hear heading that way won't. Owner should get better folk to represent this establishment, honestly & yes! He left a $5 tip, due to it being school& out of respect of that.#BADEXPERIENCE

Absolutely love this barbershop! DJ did an incredible job on my son’s first haircut. He was patient, fantastic with my little one, and worked efficiently. The shop owner was also very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

My very first visit was with DJ, referred by Stylist Tre. I had alot going on and needed a miracle. Going in I had a grown out Boosie cut with and uneven, taken back hairline. I wanted to transform that cut into a drop fade, round top and an even hairline. Boi oh boi did DJ work his magic !!! I left the shop VERY satisfied and with WHAT I WANTED !!! Today was my 2nd visit with DJ and he again, did not disappoint. In addition to a great haircut, the customer service is top tier. You are acknowledged upon entrance and they will get you in the chair as quick as possible but Saturdays are a BEAST !!
