My wonderful husband has been going to this spot for a while now. He cuts off all of his gorgeous thick hair in favor of a buzzcut out of convenience. This time he elected to shake things up, keeping a little extra on the top with the sides faded. I love this look on him, love his curls. He quite likes it and feels fresh! Thank you Jordane for giving my man a fresh look! I haven't stopped telling him how great he looks and complimenting his new do He feels great, his hair feels great, and my wish is fulfilled, triple win

Nathaniel has been taking care of my haircuts for over 6 months now and I’ve got nothing but praise for the man. He knows his craft well, is attentive to what I’m looking for and his shampoos afterwards are amazing. Highly recommend giving this place a go if you’re looking for a great cut and service.

I brought my son in for his hair cut this week, but both my daughter and I ended up getting cuts too in the same visit! All 3 of us left very happy with our new do's. I went from mid-length to a short bob and my daughter got layers in her long hair. I didn't realize Diesel did both men and women, so I was thrilled when they could get us all in and at a reasonable price for my adult hair cut! The kids cut is a little more than I pay at kids salons, but it's worth it for the skill/experience (and the complimentary beverages 😄) I get at Diesel.

Had my first cut in Dallas with Cassandra. Was an amazing experience and couldn't help but smile as I left from the satisfaction of the service they provided there. She made it a comfortable visit and provided a cut I was more than happy with. I will definitely be going back.

Jen did a fantastic job, I pretty much just gave her the freedom to do what she felt would work best for me. She’s very knowledgeable on her craft explaining what products work best with my hair and what kind of tools to use. Definitely made it an enjoyable experience.

Got my hair cut at Diesel on Arapaho today for the first time. Cassandra did the cut. She was awesome! I explained what I was looking for, and she understood immediately. She was very friendly and obviously an expert and when she was done, my hair looked exactly like what I wanted. The hot towel on the face and the shoulder massage wasn't bad either. :-) I'll definitely be back!!

I will DEFINITELY be coming back. I had medium length 3a-3c curls prior to coming in. Tiffany cut my hair. Prior to today, I'd only had 2 haircuts in the past 4 years as I had been growing out my hair. I gave her very little direction because I didn't really know what I wanted, only that I wanted it to be short and look good. 🤣 Tiffany skillfully and quickly cut my hair. She had great energy and a smile on her face. I made an appointment and was able to be seen same day (lucky me). I am absolutely in love with my haircut. If I could give more stars, I would.

Call and schedule an appointment if you want to be seen quickly because the shop is booked and busy. Great staff and owner. I had a cold beverage with him and chatted while I waited for a cut. The Barber woman was amazing in making the process simple, relaxing, and fun. Great combo of the old school barber shop experience with some great 80's retro flair. Yes, the haircuts were all looking great. Including mine. Lastly, a sixth star for being able to leave without any strands of hair on my clothes or I. Great if you need to get back to work after.

Short review: Fantastic experience and incredibly pleased with the haircut; employees are casual but professional, atmosphere feels akin to a classy and clean tattoo parlor. Trendy but not obnoxiously so. Highly recommended. Expanded: I moved recently and needed to get a haircut and after reading some other reviews decided to try Diesel out. I could not be happier with my experience. I had an idea of what I wanted but might not have explained it clearly, however, my barber, Angel, did a fantastic job working with me to get something I would like. She was straightforward, very knowledgeable, and acted with professionalism, gauging my comfort level for both the hairstyle and conversation we had. I opted for the full hair styling service (with tip came in just under $50) and it was definitely worth it. I know typically men see haircuts as utilitarian or a functional necessity, but I believe that mentality is slowly picking up steam among younger men (under 50) where a haircut can be a bit of a pampering session (which I'll admit I typically recoil at since I see it as a type of pointless expenditure). However, I received a complimentary drink - alcoholic options are available for adults - upon arrival (my wait time was about 20 seconds), a fine haircut, a nape shave, a hot towel for my face, a shampoo and condition, a scalp massage, a blow-dry, and product styling. Took just under an hour. I usually would pay around $30 for a haircut, so the extra 15 or so was quite worth it for the experience (IMO) and that is coming from someone who rarely spends on any kind of pampering. They have created a customer for as long as I and the business are here through that single experience, and I will be returning again. Highly, highly recommend visiting here for a haircut. For clarification, I was not asked to write a review. I typically try to write honest and average Joe reviews for others to know what a genuine, typical experience would be if they walked in.
