The absolute worst experience. Customer service was horrible. But I guess because I didn't understand how they work. If you pay barber or stylus directly where they can pocket the money then they have a better attitude. I understand why there aren't many people in building

Bad experience..so I had a thorough discussion about what I needed with multiple employees... just to pay, leave without the style i wanted and was shorted 10$... I try to support my people but it just never seems to work out. I'm not being messy because I didn't put names but you know who you are... Please do better... So let me rush home to do my hair....

Went in for a haircut on 5/10/2025, my first time there. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. My barber was Jerrico, who was very pleasant, professional, attentive and patient. Kudos to Mr. Jerrico for a job well done! I’ll most definitely be back and spread the word around town! Shukran !

Yoo, I advise nobody to go here, buddy at the door was so rude . I asked to speak to an instructor or the financial person to after standing around looking crazy because they clearly didn’t know why the guy was. He comes walking down the hallway, I’m like are you the instructor he said yea I said can I talk to you about transferring from another school buddy said NO. Talking bout why do I want to transfer.. I told him the reason. He ends up telling me I look like I’m the problem. Remind you, he don’t know me at all. I said is there a number I can call. He said NO. I said so there’s isn’t a phone number, he is a give me a number we will call you. Guy didnt have any professional at all. Why be rude to someone you don’t know & then all I hear is lil giggles, like what’s so funny ? Can I laugh? NH I just left. Don’t worry. Happy Black History month

I called wanting to attend for this school and the man that answered hung up on my face, will not be attending due to them being unprofessional. Not sure if it was a student who answered, but whoever it was, shouldn't have done that. I should have not called because looking at the reviews this shows how unprofessional ppl can be.

In honor of black History Month came to support a black business. 2/21/24 and the reception guy was so RUDE he literally sitting in there on his phone just as non chalant as can be. I asked for help he having a staring contest with me when I am simply trying to see what services are offered. He gets an attitude because I don't know what services are being offered and ask what do I want. I reply can I get finger waves. Oh nobody here can do that right now. I reply ok can you let me know what stylist is offering what so I can choose something else. He says no stylist is here now. another lady comes for service his rudeness appears again and she walks out. I sit in the car in disbelief and out the door walks a stylist on cigarette break. I asked her how long has she been in the back she replied I been back there. I said wow. This man just let two clients walk away without service. He definitely doesn't need to represent the front face of a business unless he owns it and doesn't care whether a dollar is being made. I blessed the lady with lunch on me in honor of black History Month and came straight the reviews. This is unacceptable for a school. His attitude would fumble an entire business.

The admissions lady is never there so think about taking a year to enroll just to talk to her. The environment isn’t welcoming at all no one acknowledges you you’ll be standing there for 10 minutes just to get recognized. They need more people to be apart of the whole organization from coming in to the school, to acknowledgement , enrolling, everything. It could save a lot of people time if someone’ answered the phone

Great place for a $5 hair cut. But plan to wait. It is old school where you sit on bench. It is best to ask someone who you are after because you usually do not know who showed up right before you. In the evening I have always had nice barbers. Some regular customers have haircuts that last a long time. When they got to me it is usually short and quick. I usually go in the evening when it is less busy. It is a school. So do not expect to be pampered with customer service people who will fawn over you. But if you are nice to them they are almost always nice to you. A tip is always good to give & will be appreciated.
