Need a great haircut at an affordable price? This is the BEST barbershop in town! I was looking for a new barbershop after my previous barber kept cancelling my appts with no explanation. Miss Lily and her staff accepted me with GREAT personal service and OMG I love the razor fade. Yes, they give an old fashioned haircut with great barbers. Miss Lily personally inspects the hair cuts and is very kind and courteous. If you are a first responder or military veteran ask about their discount. This is the only barbershop I will go to bar none! If you want to be treated like family this is the place to go to. This business represents what TRUE customer service is all about.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had an outstanding experience at Blade Craft Barber Academy in downtown Dallas. A four-year-old, who is on the autism spectrum, received his first truly successful haircut here, thanks to the incredible skill and patience of Canden Porter. Canden did an exceptional job working with my special needs child. He took directions well and spent ample time understanding and addressing Leo’s unique needs. His approach was perfectly paced, ensuring Leo felt secure and comfortable throughout the process. For the first time, we had a haircut without any adaptive or problematic behaviors in public. Canden Porter's expertise and compassionate demeanor made a world of difference for us. I highly recommend Blade Craft Barber Academy to anyone, especially parents of children with special needs. This was a game-changing experience, and I couldn't be more grateful!

A great place to further your education! I went to blade craft barber academy to secure my crossover hours! I absolutely loved the program and the effort they put into every student to teach them the best ways of barbering! Mrs. Lilly and her staff are the best in the state! I will recommend them to any one inspiring to become a barber that I come across! BCBA for life!!!

Came here to grab a delicious espresso & get a quick haircut by Amber Sharp. I’m in love with my short cut!! The facial was relaxing & the environment was comfortable! Will definitely be back. Ps: you can tell the owner Mrs.Lily takes great pride in proper training and maintaining a clean & comfortable environment. ***The bidet was an EXCELLENT touch to the women’s restroom. 10/10!

This place is super awesome and every single person there was very friendly. We brought our one year old in for his first hair cut, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Spencer did a great job and was SO patient. They brought my baby coloring books, crayons, combs to play with, etc. Amazing customer service! We will be back, thank you!!!!!

I think this establishment is an absolutely wonderful opportunity to meet a barber and grow with them. I found Audrey back in May, I was her very first client, and it’s been so amazing to see her grow in her abilities and confidence as a barber throughout the months. The process is really cool. I think it’d be pretty difficult to get a bad service here because in the beginning of each barber’s schooling they have to have a teacher sign off on each step. If the student isn’t super confident or has never done what you’ve asked for, a teacher will use you as an example and show them how the technique is done and carefully watch until they’re confident in their ability. I used to live in the neighborhood and loved walking over to see Audrey but we recently moved to Fort Worth and I love my time with her so much, I’m happy to make that hour long drive. I cannot express how beautiful her work makes me feel! I always come out with exactly what I asked for. I will be following her to whatever shop she ends up after she graduates soon! She’s a very talented barber and I love her work and her personality so very much!! Disclaimer: this is my second review for this place, but I truly feel Bladecraft and Audrey deserve it!!!

Audrey is outstanding! I have had my hair done by her 4 times now and I wouldn’t dream of going to anyone else. Once she graduates, I’ll be following her where ever she goes. She is so talented. Her chair side manner is so friendly. I honestly felt like we’ve been friends forever after her first service. I always feel and look amazing after a hair cut with her. She does a fade on my undercut and usually takes half an inch to an inch off my length every time. She’s definitely going places. The instructors are nice, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Glad I found this place and definitely recommend anyone needing barbering services.

This place is amazing. They are very welcoming and make sure you are taking care of. The teachers are very involved with the haircuts and encouraging. Colby Sage took care of me and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Not only did he straight killed my haircut but he treated me like I was family. He was very professional and and made sure that the look you wanted, you got. I highly recommend everyone to come check this place out and even hit up Colby to have you looking right. Want to say thank you blade craft barber academy for being so welcoming and thank you Colby for getting my hair looking right.

I love this place! Where else can you get a quality straight razor head shave for well under $50? (Maybe even FREE!?!) They may be students, and it may take a bit longer than a fully licensed barber, but they do a dang good head shave! Pro tip: If you get a chance to talk to the owner, Lilly, do it! She is an amazing person!
