Over the past few months, this place has really gone downhill. I’ve booked appointments several times and still couldn’t get a haircut. On a couple of occasions, the “Open” sign was on, but no one was inside and the door was locked. I scheduled an appointment for yesterday four days in advance, but when I arrived, they didn’t have it on their books. I drove 15 minutes to get there, and just five minutes before my appointment, I received a message saying it wasn’t accepted. If you plan to book an appointment here, double-check that it’s confirmed before making the trip. I am done with this place.

I went to this location for about a year while Naomi still worked here and I loved it. However, in the last 3 months since management changes I’ve tried to book an appointment and only successfully gotten a haircut 1 of the 3 times. Most recently, I went online during the middle of the week and booked an appointment for Saturday at noon. Nobody responded to confirm or cancel or ask me to chose another time for my appointment. Nothing, no communication one way or the other. So I showed up Saturday anyways to see if they would honor my appointment or if I could get in at another time and nobody was at the store…at noon on a Saturday! It’s been very disappointing how difficult it is just to schedule a haircut in the last few months. The haircut quality was great and I wanted to keep coming here but the lack of reliability will ultimately cause me to take my business elsewhere.

My husband visited Darlene but she left and she was wonderful, great haircut and the best customer service. After great effort he found her at Delaneys next to knockouts.

Started coming here about a year ago and had my barely-any-hair-left-to-cut haircut done by Naomi and haven’t stopped coming back since. Great service, mini bar available and always with a smile :)

Naomi is the best! I’ve been coming to the Coppell location for about a year now and Naomi along with the rest of the staff are so nice and welcoming. My hair cut is always exactly the way I want/like it and I am never disappointed. 100/10 definitely recommend

First off I want to to take the time to state I have never gone back to change my review before. I have been to this location before and I wasn’t impressed with my haircut or the customer service. This visit I was extremely satisfied with the customer service, my stylist and even the friendly atmosphere. Sarah is fantastic! She welcomed me with a warm presence that I hadn’t experience before. She took her time and was very detailed with my hair. She created great conversations while still giving me a remarkable service. I was very impressed with how passionate she was in catering to her customers. She was able to take care of me while also greeting other customers and making sure everyone was happy. Overall my experience was amazing. I would highly recommend letting Sarah spoil you. Keep up the great work.

Came in the shop today for a few services and was immediately greeted with smiles and offered a beverage upon arrival. My stylist, Tokyo, took the time to ensure I was getting the best treatment possible. I will absolutely be back after the wonderful experience! Thank you all for the experience!

Adriana took care of me today. Gave an excellent haircut, and also my first facial. She displayed excellent service and care throughout. I highly recommend anyone in the area to come see Adriana, and the rest of the staff!

Stumbled across this place by accident after my intended stop turned out to be out of business - but I couldn't have been luckier to find this place. Laura was really fantastic - very personable and great with her various blades :) The salon itself is also impressive; very clean, decorated nicely, cool vibe, TVs playing football in front of every seat, and they offer you a free drink from the fridge (soda or beer, even) when you first arrive. All said and done, I was quite happy with my haircut, enjoyed the time I spent getting it done, and the pricing was very reasonable, I thought. It's easily a return visit for me.
