Very friendly and professional. Had consuly for color today with Danielle (hope spelling correct), she is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable....consult no charge and after we set up the appointment

Pretty odd experience. Went in as a new customer and was sat with Kenneth who seemed like a pretty cool guy honestly. I explained to him the cut and then he said I should probably sit with a stylist because he’s more of a barber. After I explained my haircut (choppy/messy up top, a little bit off the sides) , the new guy tried to reschedule me with someone else for the next day. I just said I’d go somewhere else at that point. I have medium length hair and usually get it messy/choppy. If your hair is like this you may want to consider somewhere else it seems like. Very, very odd for a barber shop I’ve never had an experience like this.

I have really difficult hair and I wasn’t really sure what haircut I wanted. Jake recommended the perfect cut for me. His fading skills are off the charts. I am a lifelong customer now and will not go anywhere else. If you are looking for a new stylist/barber, Jake is definitely the person for the job!

Very comfortable for an older man walking into a younger, more modern Barber Shop but received the old school service. Loved it and will always go back! Go see Nora! She did great!

If you have a vision in mind for your hair— see Jake O. Ask for anything you’d like & he will make it happen. Also ask to blend your hair, it’ll look more like a gradient and less like a hard line. I’m highly satisfied with his work as his particular mindset and skill is not common in DFW.

Switched over to Floyd’s due to a language barrier with my previous hair dresser, Aaron was available at the time I needed and scheduled. I showed him a reference picture of what I liked and he went to work. I enjoy my hair short and he made me feel comfortable, great conversation as well as knowledgeable as to what would look better. So far I have scheduled with him twice and each time it slays!

OMG! Honestly, I was so impressed by Michelle’s haircut, but what really stood out was her amazing customer service. She’s incredibly personable and genuinely cared about my concerns, making the entire experience so great. From the moment I saw her, I had a feeling she was going to be a great stylist and I was absolutely right. She even gave me helpful tips on how to take care of my hair, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend her for both her talent and her professionalism!
