Floyd’s staff is great, but Jordan is the best! I’ve been coming to her for ages and she’s always got her skills on point and brings great convo! I highly recommend Floyd’s and even more so Jordan!

Kristyne is the absolute best ever!!! I’ve been getting my haircut by her for 6 years now. And my kiddos. They love her too. Great conversation!! Ask her about conspiracies!! She’s the best. Deserves 10 stars.

I can’t say enough great things about Kristyne. She actually came in on her day off to cut my hair because I was leaving out of town. The level of dedication says everything about her professionalism and character. I’ve been doing business with her for almost a year and she’s absolutely the best most amazing hairstylist I’ve ever worked with if you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond and delivers every single time Kristyne is highly recommended.

From calling on the phone to add a second person into an already set appointment, to leaving this location after getting haircuts, our experience was top tier. Phone etiquette was exemplary including moving around some things to fit us in so I could avoid having to come another time. I was met with complete kindness. the whole place was a vibe. Family, warmth and smiling faces which says ALOT considering 6pm is end of day and sleepiness sets in. Everyone was so upbeat. Stephanie, I can’t say enough wonderful things about!!! Her patience and knowledge were on point. Probably one of the nicest people ive ever met and she gave the exact cut we wanted. Nikki and Maddy were super sweet and spoke with us as we were walking around the shop. Jose did a phenomenal job. when I tell you his barber skills are flawless with clients who don’t sit still, I truly mean that. Adam had a smile the whole time he was working and that says so much about the kind of environment these people work in. I hope this review reaches the top of the chain because they all deserve the love!

We made our appointment at the McKinney location by mistake and showed up in Allen instead — on December 31st, when they were already very busy. They still honored our appointment, and that alone meant so much to us!!! I took my husband in for a haircut and beard trim, and Kris did an outstanding job. Interestingly enough, she did better than many barbers he’s been to who charge double the price. Her fade skills are amazing — not a hair out of place — but what really stood out was her eye. She knew exactly what complemented his face, which matters even more than just machine skills. We’re very thankful and will definitely be back — not only for my husband, but I’m excited to bring my daughter as well. Great service, real talent, and genuine care. Highly recommend.

Oh man — if you get a chance to get Adam, do it. I had the TOP NOTCH barber experience from him. I hadn’t had a cut in 1.5 yrs , so I was shaggy. He took the extra time and trimmed all my neck, ears , bangs, sideburns …. and then …. warm shaved the back of my neck. Perfect styling … probably BEST EVER barbering experience. I Love Floyd’s !!🩷

My life was ruined here! I asked for simple frame shaping pieces and got choppy layers and tons of length taken off, also i asked to make sure id still be able to do a bun.. and i cant, it looks dumb with pieces sricling out everywhere... I was trying to get a fresh start, it's been over 2 years since my hair has been touched. I have been crying because I just hate it and my hair takes so long to grow. Do not get your hair cut here if you have long hair and want to keep it. They did lower my charge. But it won't make my hair grow faster :( Here is my inspo photo, and my before and after
